Ever since the implementation of reform and open policy in China,the market economy of China experienced fast development with great economic structural adjustment.The main body of the labor diversifies its concentration on labor relations and benefit appeals,and contradiction in labor relations became frequently occurring.As the development status stands,even though the government introduced several policies and legislation on protecting the rights of labors,many problems in harming the legal interests of the labor existing labor relations,such as arrears of workers' wages,absence of contract of labor,and collective work shut down or mass disturbances in the worst case.According to 18 th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China,construction of harmonious labor relation in the society is vital for the social development of China.It is also a significant part in innovating and enhancing social management,for further ensuring and improving social harmonious relation in China.This study investigates the labor contract signing,social security purchasing and salary condition,through questionnaire survey.The major labor relation contradictions in Chengdu Hi-tech zone are analyzed,through researches in employment satisfaction and mindset in maintaining legal rights.Furthermore,this study explores in details the development of the labor relation in Chengdu Hi-tech zone,and searches for development path and institutional model that is applicable and useful in harmonious labor relations,in order to provide valuable references for constructing harmonious and stable labor relations.The main content and structure of the thesis is as follows:The first chapter is introduction;it illustrates the research background,significance,and structural arrangement of the thesis,as well as the research methodology and relevant theory.The thesis is based on the fundamental reality of our country in constructing harmonious and stable social relation.It further explores applicable and useful development pathway and institutional model in harmonious labor relation construction,through providing survey in understanding the current status of the labor relations in Chengdu Hi-tech zone.This chapter serves as theoretical basis for later study.The second chapter describes the survey design,including the specific research goal,research target and methodology.This chapter involves the questionnaire design,distribution,recovery,and analysis on the data retrieved.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of research problems relating to labor protection.This chapter analyzes the current relation between labor and capital in Chengdu Hi-tech zone,based on survey data obtained over labor contract signingrate,the method and timeliness of the contract signing,the social insurance rate and quota,and the satisfaction rate on the compensation benefit.The fourth chapter provides analysis on the survey results of employment satisfaction,legal rights maintenance,and etc.The first part of this chapter analyzes the job satisfaction of the workers in Chengdu Hi-tech zone,through researches on the workers' current working environment,compensation benefit,career development and humanistic environment.The second part of this chapter analyzes the workers' mindset on legal rights maintenance,and focuses on the current contradictions within the labor relations in Chengdu Hi-tech zone.In the fifth chapter,the problems appeared in constructing harmonious labor relations in Chengdu Hi-tech zone are discussed.The major problems in building harmonious labor relations are analyzed in terms of law enforcement supervision,legal consciousness of both employee and employer,including the mindset of maintaining legal rights.The advice and strategy on constructing harmonious labor relations are proposed in the sixth chapter.The government plays a leading role in coordinating labor relations.This chapter puts forward targeted and feasible strategy and advice in the construction of harmonious labor relations,from the aspects of system improvement,law enforcement enhancement,legal publicity reinforcement,innovative Internet service,and enterprise survival environment optimization.The seventh chapter concludes the thesis,and explains the insufficiency in the process of our research.
