At present,the development of our country is still in the important strategic opportunity period,the prospect is bright but also has the challenge,the labor relations contradictory continuous ferment becomes in order to seize the new era Chinese characteristic socialism great victory the disharmony factor.As an important part of production relations,labor relation is one of the most important and basic social relations,whether the harmony of labor relations is related to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the healthy and smooth operation of socialist market economy and the practice and cultivation of socialist core values,The construction of harmonious labor relations can better safeguard the legitimate interests of enterprises and workers,promote economic development and social harmony.The harmonious labor relation based on trust is the base of the trust of the main body of the labor relation,and it has certain practical significance and theoretical significance to construct the harmonious labor relationship by constructing the trust of labor relations.Based on the analysis of the definition of the relationship between the trust of labor relations and the characteristics of the main body of the labor relations,this paper,based on Marx's theory of alienated labor,trust-related theories and the related theories of labor Relationship Trust,finds the restrictive factors of the trust of labor relations and points out the basic principles.The trust in labor relations violates the Basic principles,which leads to the lack of trust in the labor system,the lack of trust in labor relations,the lack of trust in interpersonal relationships,and the lack of trust in the maintenance of labor rights.The trust in labor relations violates the Basic principles,which leads to the lack of trust in the labor system,the lack of trust in labor relations,the lack of trust in interpersonal relationships,and the lack of trust in the maintenance of labor rights.The emergence of the above problems leads to the decline of government credibility,the loss of corporate interests,the limitation of workers ' survival and development,and the damage of social morals.This paper tries to find out the ultimate reason of the lack of trust in labor relations is the imperfect of the construction of the government labor system,the imperfect development of the socialist market economy,the lack of moral value and the imperfection of the construction of the trade union system.This paper tries to find out the ultimate reason of the lack of trust in labor relations is the imperfect of the construction of the government labor system,the imperfect development of the socialist market economy,the lack of moral value and the imperfection of the construction of the trade union system.According to the reason,the paper puts forward the strategy of the Labor Relation Trust debugging,firstly,we should promote the construction of labor management system and realize the trust of labor system,secondly,we should strengthen the management of labor and employment and realize mutual trust.Thirdly,we should carry forward the socialist core value and realize the interpersonal trust of laborers,and finally,we should promote tripartite consultation and collective bargaining to realize thetrust between Labor organizations.These strategies have a positive reference meaning to ease the contradiction of labor relations and construct harmonious labor relations.
