Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Traditional Basketball Schools In Jiangsu Province

In this paper,using interview method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,presenting situation of basketball traditional project schools at the provincial level in jiangsu province as the research object,to research the traditional school layout,the training of the movement of athletes,coaches and management status,found that the traditional project school of jiangsu provincial basketball on the problems existing in the development of,sum up experience,to explore and analyze the factors affecting the development of basketball sports traditional project school of jiangsu province,to seek countermeasures to promote the development of basketball traditional project schools,to help the development of basketball sports in jiangsu province,the results are as follows.1.The provincial basketball traditional project schools in jiangsu province have experienced five development stages: initial exploration,decline,re-start,stable development and rapid development.The 18 traditional schools of provincial basketball programs are only distributed in nine cities of jiangsu province.The development of southern jiangsu is obviously faster than that of central jiangsu and northern jiangsu.In the application and construction,the balanced and coordinated development of regions is neglected,and the coordinated development among different cities is not taken into account.2.The athletes are mainly distributed in the first and second grade of senior high school.The ratio of male students to female students is unbalanced.The motivation of participating in the training is to enter the professional basketball team,enter the college basketball team by single enrollment and enter the college sports major by ordinary sports enrollment.The contradiction between learning and training is the main trouble we are facing now.3.Coaches are mainly aged from 31 to 50 years old;Male coaches were significantly more than female coaches.The education background is concentrated in the undergraduate and postgraduate,the coach's quality is relatively high;The professional titles are concentrated in the third-level and second-level titles of middle and high education,and there are relatively few coaches with the first-level,senior and special professional titles of middle and high education,which is in line with the proportion of professional titles of coach teams.The coaches basically have professional basketball sports experience,and the coaching years of the coaches are mainly concentrated in 2-8 years.4.All schools have basically formulated corresponding season training tasks and plans,monthly training tasks and plans,weekly training tasks and plans,and classroom training tasks and plans.The overall change trend of the school's emphasis on training tasks and training plans is a low-high-low-high change trend model.School in the province's basketball competition results are good.Three channels are the main sources of sports training funds for traditional schools of basketball programs in jiangsu province: school special funds,self-funding of sports teams and students' own expenses.According to the research results,relevant development strategies are proposed as follows.1.Should pay attention to the coordination and balance of regional development,should further intensify the development of basketball school in north jiangsu,should also strengthen the construction of women's basketball traditional school,only the overall layout,steady progress,can help to promote jiangsu province basketball career overall sustainable development,and even the whole country for jiangsu province basketball career basketball career training talents.2.Students' sports training and the time arrangement between competitions and cultural courses should be arranged scientifically,so as to fully solve the contradiction between students' sports training and cultural courses,pay attention to the comprehensive development of students and cultivate all-round development talents.3.Further strengthen the coach's continuing education,strengthen the training efforts,carry out the scientific training training courses for the coach,so that the coach can enhance the cognition,understanding and application of new sports training methods and techniques,and fully improve the coach's teaching ability.4.We should re-plan the sports training plan and policy of the school basketball program,make a long-term plan for the school's development,establish and perfect the athlete training system,further broaden the sources and channels of sports training funds in the school,ensure the sufficient sports training funds,and make good use of sports training funds.There are figure 3,table 18 and 81 references are included in this paper.
