A Study On The Media Image Of Female College Students In Beijing News

With the rapid formation and development of Internet and mobile communication system,the agenda setting function of traditional media has become more and more obvious in the Internet era.The content of media coverage can directly affect the public's recognition,thinking and judgment of individuals,enterprises,groups and other images.At the same time,driven by market interests,"female College students" have become "victims" of some news media in the commodity economy.The objective fact that some female college students have been adopted and entered the place of the wind and moon and the exaggerated reports of negative news of this group by some media have made "female College students" a negative word with prejudice and discrimination,in order to win the attention of "female College students".The image has been defamed and distorted by a large number of media,seriously affecting the real face of the social group.Therefore,based on the high authority and influence of New Beijing News in China's media industry,this paper chooses the relevant reports of New Beijing News(E-Newspaper)on female college students from 2012 to 2018 as the research sample,using content analysis method and mathematical statistics method,respectively,from the page position,reporting theme,reporting object form,reporting tone,reporting presentation mode and comments.This paper analyses the basic characteristics of female college students' news reports in the New Beijing News from six aspects.At the same time,the media image of female college students under different reporting themes in Beijing News is analyzed,and the characteristics of the media image construction of female college students are summarized.Finally,the paper analyses the success and problems of the New Beijing News in the construction of female college students' image reporting,and on this basis,puts forward suggestions for news media on how to do a good job in the coverage of specific social groups,which can be used for reference by other media and relevant departments.
