Research On The Youth Training Mode Of Professional Football Clubs In China

This paper uses the literature material method,data analysis method,expert interview method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,and takes the youth training mode of professional football clubs in China as the research object.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the youth training modes of several representative professional football clubs in China,combining with the current hot environment of campus football in China,used to put forward some targeted suggestions for the youth training mode of professional football clubs in China,and finally get the following conclusions:1.At present,the youth training mode of professional football clubs in China is diversified.At present,the youth training model of professional football clubs in China is mainly divided into: traditional echelon model;football school model;traditional echelon model / football school model / campus football model and other new models coexisting.2.The characteristics of the youth training mode of professional football clubs in China include: learning from the concept of foreign excellent youth training,and basically form strategic cooperation with advanced foreign youth training clubs,they carry out coaching staffing and technical support.At the same time,most clubs are basically aware of the importance of cultural education and they adopt the mode of combination of physical education and education.Different clubs have different models in talent selection.Some clubs have special and unique ideas in personnel selection and stratification.3.There are still some problems in the method of youth training mode of professional football clubs in China: the concept of multi-national youth training is common,and the style of play is difficult to be unified.The closed training phenomenon is serious,and the “zou xun” system is still not popularized.The risk of material selection is high.The education model of culture is not scientific enough.Based on the above research results,the author proposes targeted recommendations for China's professional football clubs: Unify the concept and method of youth training.Attempt to implement the "zou xun" system.Each club should take the initiative to undertake the important task of building the elite campus football youth training system,and should take the lead to coordinate the implementation of the Education Bureau and the Sports bureau.When the elite campus football youth training system of each club has formed a certain scale,we can consider incorporating all the players under 15 years old into the elite campus football youth training system for training.
