China's economic development is in the process of shifting the mode,adjusting the structure,and transforming the growth momentum.The problem of uneven development and inadequate development has become increasingly prominent.Gansu Province has become a typical model for uneven development and insufficient development,and the private enterprises are the cause and the labor relations are important factors.In order to realize the high-quality economic development of Gansu Province,promote the smooth transformation and upgrading of China's economy,and alleviate the main contradictions in the new era,private enterprises in Gansu Province must pay attention to the issue of labor relations and truly ensure that private enterprises and workers "work together,build together,create together,enjoy together".Based on the analysis of relevant concepts,theories and research status,this paper analyzes the development status of private enterprises and the status quo of labor disputes in Gansu Province by means of macro data,the problems existing in private enterprises and labor relations in Gansu Province are initially cleared.In order to further analyze the harmonious situation and restrictive factors of labor relations in private enterprises in Gansu Province.The paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of harmonious labor relations,and initially constructs the evaluation index system of labor relations harmony degree of private enterprises in Gansu Province.The questionnaire was designed based on it.The employees of private enterprises in 14 cities(states)of Gansu Province were research objects for data collection.The Index Discriminative Power Analysis and Correlation Analysis method are used to screen the evaluation index.The Factor Analysis method is used to assign weights to evaluation indicators and optimize the evaluation index system.Based on the above research,obtaining the finally evaluation index system of harmonious labor relations of private enterprises in Gansu Province.The questionnaires were again designed to collect data.And using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the harmonious labor relations of private enterprises in Gansu Province.According to the evaluation results,the authors put forward the countermeasures for the harmonious labor relations of private enterprises in Gansu Province from the government level,enterprise level,labor level and trade union level.Research shows: The contrast between private enterprises and employees in Gansu Province is extremely unbalanced,the employers have an absolute advantage in economic rights and organizational rights;the awareness of cooperation between labor and enterprises is insufficient;the relationship between trade union organizations and employees is not close.The level of labor relations in private enterprises in Gansu Province is generally.The main performance is the low rate of housing provident fund payment,the lack of special protection for female employees,the lack of attention to the on-the-job education and training of employees,the lack of creativity of employees,the inability to timely pay overtime wages or bonuses,the less supervision of trade unions on enterprises,and workers lack trust in trade unions.
