Objective:The state of mind of college students is attached great importance to by the society.Sports can promote the improvement of the state of mind.Functional movement ability screening measures and evaluates the level of functional movement ability.By comparing the state of mind between different functional movement ability levels,we can find out whether there are differences.Participants and methods:115 subjects were randomly recruited from all colleges of Shandong Normal University.The purpose and process of the experiment were explained in detail by demographic characteristics table,PARQ & you questionnaire,instructions of subjects,informed consent of subjects and recruiters.All subjects became subjects after they understood the cleaning process and possible problems and signed relevant paper information.In the experiment,the mood state of college students was tested by mood scale(concise mood scale,depression self-assessment scale,depression scale),and the level of functional movement ability was tested by FMS(the test was divided into seven actions: squat,hurdle,straight-line lunge squat,shoulder flexibility,supine leg lift,spine stability push-up,rotation stability),according to the control of subjects According to the scores and statistics of body and movement completion degree,the total score is 21 points.Independent sample t test is used to analyze whether there is difference in mood state between different functional movement ability levels of college students.Results : According to different grades of college students with different functional action ability levels,and independent sample t-test for the differences between their mood states.(1)the former classification standard FMS score in theliterature is 14 points into the critical value(table 5-4),there is no significant difference between high functional action ability level college students and low functional action ability level college students in mood states(P = 0.2093),There was no significant difference(P = 0.179)in the results of self rating depression scale and(P = 0.209)in the results of depression scale,indicating that although the levels of different functional motor ability were different,there was no significant difference in the basic mood state based on 14 scores.(2)the level of functional motor ability based on the average score of FMS was 15.99(table 5-5)There was significant difference in mood state between students with functional motor ability and students with low functional motor ability(P = 0.034),no significant difference in self rating Depression Scale(P = 0.270),no significant difference in Depression Scale(P = 0.074)but close to 0.05.It can be considered that there was difference,and the score of mood state reflected the pros and cons of a person's mood state Comparing the scores of mood state of each group with high and low level of functional action ability,the score of mood state of each group with high level of functional action ability is low,which proves that mood disorder coefficient is low and mood is relatively good.The results show that the mood of college students with high level of functional action ability is better than that of college students with low level of functional action ability.(3)Add and subtract one from the average score of FMS The standard deviation is the standard,plus one standard deviation is the level of high functional action ability,minus one standard deviation is the level of low functional action ability,and the test results of the difference between mood states show that(table 5-6): there is a significant difference between the level of high functional action ability and the level of low functional action ability in the water level group,and there is a significant difference in the depression self-assessment scale Difference(P = 0.048),there is no significant difference in other scales.(4)in order to further explore,the FMS score is divided into high and low levels by adding and subtracting half of standard deviationfrom the functional action ability level score.The average plus half of standard deviation is the high functional action ability level,and the average minus half of standard deviation is the low functional action ability level.The comparison of mood states is shown(table 5-7))There was no significant difference between SDS and POMS in depression state(P = 0.075,close to P = 0.05).Conclusion:(1)College students use 14 points of FMS score as the critical value to divide the level of functional movement ability.There is no significant difference in mood state between the level of high functional movement ability and the level of low functional movement ability.College students' FMS score is based on the standard deviation of actual measurement subjects,plus or minus one or half of the standard deviation,high functional movement ability and low function There was a significant difference in mood state between the levels of movement ability.(2)There are differences between mood state scores and FMS test scores,but the specific scope needs further study...
