After the successful bid of the Beijing Winter Olympics in 2022,in order to allow more primary and secondary school students to participate in the snow sports,our country and local governments have issued numerous policies to ensure the implementation of the "ice sports into the campus".However,because of the late development of "ice sports into the campus",it cannot meet the demand for the promotion of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools.The research object of this article is the influence factors of "ice sports into the campus" in Jilin City.By using SWOT-PEST analysis method,literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to study the influence factors "ice sports into the campus"of Jilin City.Combining the fur environmental factors of policy,economy,society and technology faced by the development "ice sports into the campus" of Primary and Secondary School in Jilin.This article analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the "ice sports into the campus" of Primary and Secondary School in Jilin.I established a SWOT-PEST analysis matrix to go on a deep analysis of the problems and contradictions in the implementation process,the results are as follows;1.After the successful bid of the Beijing Winter Olympics,our country and local governments have issued numerous ice and snow policies to ensure the implementation of ice and snow into the campus.However,the effectiveness of policy implementation remains to be tested.There are problems such as inadequate supervisory systems,incomplete evaluations,and infrequent inspections.Poor connections and decentralized functions among supervision departments.At the same time,the policy of ice and snow into campus are strongly depend on state policies.2.The government has increased investment on ice and snow industry and education,so that guarantee the school's ice and snow activities in our real life.It also ensure the achievement of zero investment of students participate in the ice and snow activities in the school.However,the slow economic development of Jilin City,the rapid price increase,and the high consumption of ice and snow sports have led to the majority of students not participating in the snow and ice sports outside of class,and only 16.9% of the students converted into a regular population of ice and snow sports.3.Jilin City is rich in ice and snow resources and venues.It actively undertakes various large-scale ice and snow competitions and national ice and snow activities.It transports and trains a large number of athletes,coaches and ice and snow project social instructors,which greatly promotes the development of ice and snow sports at all levels.It promotes the construction of campus ice and snow activities and the construction of ice and snow clubs and sports teams,also organizes students to participate in various forms and levels of ice and snow competitions.4.Ice and snow sports in campus start late and is affected by many factors such as heavy learning tasks,no professional guidance,economic conditions,venue equipment,inconvenient transportation,imperfect courses,sports safety,and other factors.Due to the influence of the scale and quantity of venue equipment,the ice and snow sports classes are taken in turns.Except for the middle school entrance examination,the physical education subject is not taken as an examination subject,and sports skills are not listed as examination items.Under the influence of college entry pressure,the role of sports is ignored.These unfavorable factors affect the improvement and development of students' sports skills and exercise habits.5.Jilin City has a good foundation of ice and snow sports and the media channels for knowing snow sports are expanding day by day.The participation,interest and parental support of boys are greater than that of girls,and the participation of middle school students is greater than that of primary school students.There is a significant positive correlation between student participation and interest,parental support,and parental participation.Students,parents,and schools all jointly influence the development of the campus snow sports.6.The research and development and application of ice and snow sports equipment and"dry land" have played a role in promoting the entry of ice and snow into the campus.Jilin is lack of ice and snow special teachers and high-level teachers,but they have a relatively perfect sports teacher training system.Based on the summarized advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,this article formulates targeted development plans,growth planning(opportunity+advantage),multiple planning(advantage+threat),reverse planning(opportunity+disadvantage),defense type planning(threat+disadvantage),which provides a reference for the development "ice sports into the campus" of primary and secondary schools of Jilin.Seeking benefits and avoiding disadvantages,this article puts forward the following development plans and suggestions:1.Taking the Beijing Olympics as an opportunity,our country actively develop and publicize the Jilin ice and snow industry,research and develop and manufacture ice and snow equipment,popularize the "dry land" improvement of ice and snow projects,and actively promote ice and snow sports.2.Actively develop ice and snow activities in primary and secondary schools in accordance with national and local policies,establish and improve inspection mechanisms,improve the supervision and supervision functions of relevant departments,ensure the effectiveness of policy implementation,integrate social resources,promote school-enterprise cooperation,and strengthen policy sustainability.3.Continue to increase capital investment in campus ice and snow activities,and ensure the participation of students in ice and snow sports by the government purchasing social resources and equipment,laying campus ice rinks and public welfare ice rinks to overcome the high consumption of ice and snow sports.4.According to the regional conditions of schools,develop local courses and school-based courses of ice and snow,give full play to the characteristics of the venue and teachers,and fully optimize the organization and implementation of the courses.Incorporate the ice and snow sports safety education into the ice and snow curriculum,strengthen the students' awareness of safety in participating in ice and snow sports,standardize their behavior,and improve the level of ice and snow sports under the premise of safety.5.Strengthen the construction of physical education teachers,introduce special ice and snow talents and high-quality talents,and improve the physical education teachers and coaches'ice and snow teaching level and professional ability through ice and snow theory and practice.Strengthen the construction of campus ice and snow clubs and sports teams,undertake and hold various ice and snow.events,select competitive talents and promote the development of students'ice and snow sports habits.6.Add physical education subjects to each stage of the school entrance examination and increase the score,establish an evaluation system for ice and snow courses,incorporate the evaluation of ice and snow sports into the academic evaluation of students,reduce the workload of primary and secondary students,arrange the time for ice and snow courses and extracurricular activities reasonably,and improve the participation of primary and secondary school students in ice and snow activities.
