Objective: more and more attention has been paid to the lack of physical activity of college students.Physical activity has an impact on people's sports ability and cognitive ability.By comparing the functional action ability and cognitive ability of college students at different levels of physical activity,we can find out the differences between them.Participants and methods: 115 students from Shandong Normal University were randomly recruited as subjects. Before the test, the purpose, process and requirements of the experiment were explained to the subjects. After obtaining the consent of the subjects, the demographic characteristics form,PARQ &you questionnaire, the instructions of the subjects and the informed consent of the subjects were filled in first to ensure that the subjects could participate in the experiment, and then the subjects filled in the large scale According to the questionnaire of students' physical activity level, the main subjects calculated the amount of physical activity and divided it into three groups according to the standard: high, medium and low.The functional action ability was tested by FMS kit,the event-related potential auditory P300 index was tested by sea god ndi-092 electromyographic evoked potential instrument, and the functional action between different physical activity levels was verified by one-way ANOVA test data Differences in ability and cognitive ability. The functional movement ability test consists of seven movements, and the quality of the completed movements of the subjects is graded according to the standard. The test indexes of cognitive ability are the amplitude, latency, response time and accuracy of ERP P300(PZ,CZ,FZ points).Results:(1)there was a significant difference in the scores of spine stability push ups between high physical activity level and low physical activity level in boys(P = 0.039,<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other functional movement ability indexes.(2)There was a significant difference in FZ amplitude between the low level and the middle level(P = 0.026,< 0.05).(3)There were significant differences in CZ reaction time(P = 0.045,<0.05)and FZ reaction time(P = 0.035,< 0.05)between students with low and middle physical activity levels. There was a significant difference in CZ incubation period between the middle level of physical activity and the high level of physical activity(P = 0.002,< 0.01).There were significant differences in FZ accuracy between students with low physical activity level and middle physical activity level(P = 0.025,< 0.05),between students with low physical activity level and students with high physical activity level(P = 0.017,< 0.05).Conclusion:(1)the spine stability push up ability of male college students with high physical activity level is higher than that of the group with low physical activity level.(2)There are differences in cognitive ability among college students with different physical activity levels. The main cognitive ability indicators with significant differences are CZ reaction time and latency,FZ accuracy, reaction time and amplitude.
