In 2020,China's higher education officially entered the stage of popularization,the scale of higher education in China has been expanding since the expansion of college enrollment.However,the emergence of thoughts and phenomena as "the uselessness of education" and "the ant tribe" have questioned the function of higher education in promoting social mobility,the intergenerational mobility of higher educated student has become an important topic of social concern.As an important form of social mobility,intergenerational mobility not only reflects the change of social structure and social system,but also reflects the current level of social openness.Since the 21st century,the influence of factors like urbanization,industrial structure adjustment,great changes have taken place in our professional intergenerational mobility,these changes will continue to exist,through to the different education levels by educators in higher vocational compares and analyses the intergenerational mobility contributes to an understanding of different education levels by the specific circumstances of higher educators and difference,contribute to the development of higher education structural coordination,guarantee the education level under higher vocational educators intergenerational upward mobility.This article uses literature analysis to deeply explore the literature related to intergenerational mobility,and uses comparative analysis to analyze the status of intergenerational mobility of higher educated student at different levels of education and intergenerational mobility of higher educated student at different stages.This article first uses the educational economics theories such as human capital theory and labor market segmentation theory to explain the effect of higher education on intergenerational mobility.Second,the paper use of national social science fund project data to various degree level by the educators in higher vocational intergenerational mobility has carried on the empirical research,the introduction of professional measure of the degree of intergenerational mobility level professional intergenerational mobility condition are analyzed in detail,and the comparison of higher education at different stages of indicators to explore the role of higher education to promote professional inter-generational upward mobility,also analyzed the degree level by higher vocational educators the influence factors of intergenerational mobility.Then,the conclusion of this paper is drawn:the overall upward mobility of the higher education level;The intergenerational effect of higher education increases with the promotion of educational level.The function of higher education at all levels of education to promote intergenerational mobility is generally weakened.There is no significant difference in the factors affecting the intergenerational mobility of higher education.Finally,according to the practical data and theoretical analysis,the author points out that the main reasons are that the development of higher education promotes the growth of human capital,the improvement of social openness promotes the upward mobility of the occupational generation,and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure comprehensively increases the employment scale.The employment problem of higher education at all levels is prominent and higher education helps to transcend the labor market segmentation caused by the intergenerational effect of occupation.The primary factors affecting the intergenerational mobility of higher education are the quality of higher education,the oversupply of job market and family capital.The policy meaning of this paper is to perfect the construction of higher education quality assurance system and improve the quality of higher education.To optimize the scale and specialty of colleges and universities and promote the balance of supply and demand in the job market;We will improve the employment mechanism for fair competition and create a fair and reasonable employment environment.
