Intelligent tutoring system is a new learning platform to simulate teachers' behavior and guide online learners to carry out personalized learning.Among them,the analysis of learning behavior characteristics is the core of intelligent tutoring system.The key to improve the applicability and practicability of the intelligent tutoring system is to obtain the personalized behavior characteristics of learners accurately.In recent years,with the implementation of the relevant policies of educational informatization,many universities and research departments have done a lot of research on the intelligent tutoring system.The influence of the recent epidemic situation makes the importance of intelligent tutoring system come out again.Firstly,through the analysis and summary of a large number of documents,this study constructs a behavior characteristic model suitable for online learning of intelligent tutoring system.On this basis,taking the online learning behavior data of the course "Introduction to computer" of a class of students in Northeast Petroleum University as the research object,from the two perspectives of learners' online learning style and learning mood,respectively,using D-S evidence theory and Bayesian network to analyze the online learning behavior information,completing the learning behavior in the intelligent instruction system The research of feature analysis method,and get the accurate results which accord with human subjective knowledge.The specific research work mainly includes the following aspects:1.This paper studies the relationship between the characteristics of online learning behavior,learning style and learning emotion.This paper analyzes various learning style model elements,and determines the relationship among learning style,learning emotion and learning behavior.According to the collected online learning behavior information,combined with the characteristics of intelligent tutoring system and curriculum itself,analyze and extract the relevant behavior characteristics that can affect learning style and learning mood.2.Research on the analysis method of online learning behavior characteristics.Using D-S evidence theory to analyze the characteristics of learning behavior to get the learning style of the learner,and using Bayesian network analysis to get the learning mood of the learner.3.The application of online learning behavior characteristic analysis method.According to the changes of learners' learning style and learning emotion analysis results,adjust the difficulty of system recommendation content,promote learners' subjective initiative in online learning,and achieve the personalized teaching purpose of intelligent tutoring system.This paper proposes a new method to analyze the characteristics of online learning behavior,combining with the actual online learning behavior data,analyzes and identifies the types of learning styles and learning emotions of learners in online education.In order to verify the rationality of the analysis results of learners' learning behavior characteristics and provide reference for the intelligent and personalized development of online learning platform,the teaching rules and recommended strategies are proposed to promote the effect of learners' online learning.
