A Study On The Technical And Tactical Characteristics Of Chinese Elite Women's Singles Players

The research of any sports can not be separated from technology and tactics,which are always mutually promoting and interdependent in the development of sports.Since the origin of badminton,the development of its technology and tactics has been in constant innovation.From simple to comprehensive and from flexible to changeable,the development of the technology and tactics of competitive badminton has experienced many leaps.With the rapid development of the world badminton and the constant changes of the technology and tactics,it is necessary to study the characteristics and development trend of the technology and tactics of the excellent badminton players in China Especially important.In this paper,literature,video statistics,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods are used,Through repeated video watching and analysis of 2016 China Open badminton,2017 Australia Open badminton,2017 World Championships and national games,2018 World Badminton Federation World Tour,2018 U.S.Open badminton and so on,a total of 16 matches of China's outstanding women badminton players were repeatedly watched,and the scores and distribution of two players in each match were recorded The data of ball receiving and serving technology,front field technology,middle field technology,back field technology and the tactics used in the whole game are statistically analyzed and compared.The results are as follows:(1)in the badminton women's singles competition in China,the competition in the serve and receive stage and the attack and defense stage after serve and receive stage is quite intense,the competition mainlyappears in the stalemate stage,the percentage of the whole phase of the stalemate is over 70%.In the process of serving,the serving area of women's singles is gradually developed from the back court area to the Front Court area,and the technique of serving forehand net is widely used,women's singles players only in the backhand net before the use of technology there is a significant difference.(2)the high and far forehand technique of Chinese women single badminton players is the most frequently used and the least frequently used in all serve techniques.While the most frequently used technique of receiving and serving by women's singles players is killing the ball,the proportion of rubbing and throwing the ball is roughly the same as that of high and far balls,the frequency of using the technique of carrying the ball is generally average,and the frequency of using the technique of catching and serving the ball hook against the angle of the ball and the technique of catching the ball is relatively low,moreover,there are significant differences in the use of drop shot,drop shot,Hook shot and net catch among women's singles players.(3)the most used technique of the third stroke in Chinese women's singles is pushing and blocking,followed by rubbing,high and far,hanging and pumping,while killing and hook techniques are seldom used.The most commonly used techniques in the fourth racket of the women's singles are rubbing,pushing,pushing,blocking and hanging,followed by killing,pumping and lob,with Hook and catching the ball the fewest,which shows that the attacking rhythm of the Chinese women's singles players in the fourth racket is slowing down,it is mainly to consume the physical strength of the opponent,and there is a significant difference in the use of the high and long shot and the hanging shot in the third shot.(4)in the phase of stalemate,the technique of pick-up is the most used in the front court,and there are significant differences in thetechniques of Hook,pick-up and release in the Front Court;Women's singles players in the middle of the ball to deal with the main net blocking technology,followed by a stroke,then pick the ball,killing the ball in the middle,and finally intercepting the ball;There are significant differences in the use of the techniques of pull,block,block,block and kill in the techniques of hitting the ball in the middle of the court;the most used technique in the women's single backcourt of badminton in China is the high and Far Ball,and the second is the skill of killing the ball,which is also quite high,there is a significant difference in the use of high and far,stroke and technique in backcourt.(5)the techniques of killing the ball,hanging the ball,pushing the ball,rubbing and placing the ball are used most in the use of the techniques of the last racket in the women's singles matches in China,in which the technique of blocking occupies the main position in the technique of the last racket,and the technique of hanging the ball is used only second to that of killing the ball,there are significant differences in the use of the five techniques of pushing,blocking,killing,high and far,and driving in women's singles final racket.The scoring technique in Chinese women's singles is dominated by killing the ball,assisted by hanging the ball and diving net,followed by Gaoyuan,rubbing and putting,pushing,pumping and catching the ball.Women's singles players in the single game loss rate of the most skills are the front of the rubbing,push,Hook,the middle of the ball,the back of the high ball and kill the ball.It is suggested that:(1)the aim and threat of serve and return should be strengthened,the movement consistency and the landing point of serve should be improved and the stability of serve and return should be strengthened through multi-ball first,in order to strengthen the effect of receiving and serving in practice and training,the four-racket trainingbefore receiving and serving is adopted in practice.(2)attach importance to the offensive nature of the defensive techniques;we can not only understand "take the offensive as the main" as "take the offensive as the main",which leads to the contempt of the "defensive" link.(3)pay attention to the bottom line counterattack and the technique before the net;pay enough attention to the technique before the net.(4)to strengthen the quality and purpose of the ball in front of the net;to strengthen the line and purpose in front of the net through training.(5)training to focus on scoring and offensive means,strengthen and do fine scoring means.
