Every year's graduation season is also the employment season for new college graduates.In 2019,there are 8.34 million college graduates,an increase of 140000 over 2018.The society pays great attention to the employment problem of new college graduates,but ignores the problems after these new college graduates are employed.Every year,about 30% of new college students choose to leave within less than half a year.Many new college graduates are at the beginning of employment It is faced with the problem that role conflicts lead to poor job adaptation and choose to leave.The role transformation of fresh university graduates is frustrated and the work efficiency is low,which is not conducive to the personal career development of graduates,but also a waste of enterprise human resources.It is worth paying attention to the role conflict in the early stage of employment,the improvement of professional adaptability,and the successful completion of the role transformation from student to professional.Under the guidance of the role theory,this paper uses the task center model to intervene,and takes a new college graduate who is not working well and has the idea of leaving as the service object to study the effectiveness of the task center model to intervene the role conflict of new college graduates.By defining the process of problem sequencing problem solving,the author has identified four core problems of the case owner: bad emotional impact caused by role conflict,interpersonal problems,confusion in career planning,unclear recognition of professional roles,and insufficient work ability.First of all,help the case owner to build confidence,guide the case owner to recognize the negative effects of bad emotions through emotional counseling training,and eliminate the bad emotions through communication and expression,entertainment and sports decompression.Then,when dealing withinterpersonal problems,social workers set up peer interaction,old colleagues' guidance and supervisor communication to improve the skill of making friends and interpersonal relationship;when dealing with the problems of career planning confusion and unclear cognition of professional roles,they coordinate enterprise resources to help the case owners to sort out career planning and professional role cognition,develop personal career planning and clarify their positions Responsibilities.Finally,the social workers and the case owners are based on the improvement of their working ability.The focus of intervention is to guide the case owners to master the correct learning methods in the workplace,set up training and guide the case owners to learn by themselves.After the case is closed,the case owner successfully solves the role conflict problem and achieves the established goal.This case study concludes that the intervention of task centered model is effective in dealing with the role conflict in the process of students' transition from children to professionals.In the reflection and summary of the study,the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the task center model,and reflects that the lack of personal ability and experience in the process of intervention has affected the service effect to a certain extent.
