The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of coordinated intervention on the stability of school short tennis students' strikes, and to explore the significance of adding coordination training to the preparation of tennis lessons,so as to provide a theoretical reference for coordinated training of campus short tennis in our country and for training Excellent tennis players lay the foundation for practice. In this study, students from the tennis school team in grades 1-2 of Taishan Foreign Language Primary School were selected.40 people were selected for 12 weeks of experimental intervention. The students were divided into two groups. The experimental group used coordinated training in the preparation part of the class. The control group used conventional training methods. After training, the two groups of students' batting stability were tested on the spot.Data was collected and combined with mathematical statistics to compare and analyze the test results of the two tennis training methods. To comprehensively evaluate the training effect.Under different sports backgrounds, the following results are obtained:(1)After 12 weeks of coordinated intervention, the experimental group showed that the three coordination indicators of rhythm running, square jumping and standing on one foot with closed eyes were significantly better than the control group.(2)The evaluation of the depth and accuracy of the stability of the experimental group's batting is significantly higher than that of 12 weeks ago.In the control group, the depth assessment of the stability of the ball was improved, but the accuracy of the stroke was not significantly improved.(3)Coordinated intervention plays an important role in the depth and accuracy of the shot, and the impact on the accuracy of the shot is greater than the impact on the depth of the shot. The boys in the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in the evaluation of the depth and accuracy of the ball. The girls in the experimental group and the control group have obvious differences in the accuracy assessment, but they are not significantly different from the control group in the depth assessment.Conclusion:(1)Coordination training can improve the stability of hitting. The use of coordination training can help improve the sports conditions and skills of campus short tennis students.(2)The depth and accuracy of shots in the experimental group were significantlyimproved, and the scores of shot stability evaluation were significantly better than those of the control group who simply performed routine warm-up activities, indicating the importance of coordinated intervention in the preparation part of the primary tennis training class.(3)The batting stability of boys in the experimental group is significantly higher than that of girls.Coordination training has the most significant effect on improving the stability of school short tennis boys.(4)Among the three indicators of coordination, the jump improvement effect is the most significant, and it is most obviously related to the stability of hitting.Followed by standing on one foot with eyes closed and running rhythmically. The improvement of tennis shot stability is based on the improvement of responsiveness, the improvement of core balance, and the adjustment of pace rhythm,so as to improve the fluency and completeness of students' hitting movements.
