Since the first foreign headhunting company entered China in 1993,the headhunting industry has experienced a long process of recognition and acceptance,after more than 20 years of development and practice.Due to the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,the entry barriers of the industry are not high,so that the multinational professional companies,domestic well-known headhunting companies and small micro headhunting companies coexist,leading to the overall industry order disorder,service quality uneven.And with the world economic integration deepening,China is in a critical period of economic transition,domestic and foreign from all walks of life are constantly seeking suitable development path,industrial upgrading and transformation.Driven by the rapid development of information technology,the headhunting industry will meet great changes,both challenges and opportunities.If an enterprise wants to have sustainable development in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to found the competitive strategy that can make the enterprise obtain advantage in the current industry conditions.Dalian Really Business Management Consulting Co.,Ltd.is a local headhunting company which has experienced more than 10 years' development,and is committed to providing customers with high-quality,all-round services,with long-term and stable customer resources and excellent headhunting consultant team.At present,it is mainly specializing in IT/BPO,real estate and manufacturing industries in Dalian area.This paper studies the competitive strategy of RL company,based on the relevant theories of competitive strategy,it applies the methods of strategic management and carry out the relevant theoretical and literature research based on the basic principles.Through the PEST analysis and Five Forces Model analyzes the macro environment and industry environment,and according to the actual situation of enterprise,and contrast with the relevant competitor comparison,analyzes on their abilities and resources,finally use SWOT analysis and competitive strategy theory knowledge,it is concluded that the most suitable competitive strategy for RL company,put forward the concrete implementation strategy.
