Research On The Development Status And Strategy Of Chinese College Student Men's Football Super Championship

As the top football competition in China's higher education system,Chinese University Football League(CUFL)is a key competition in the development of campus sports and youth football,which plays an important leading role in promoting the development of university sports events and building the youth football league system.In recent years,the system of CUFL has been constantly improved,with the division of competition being refined and the scale of competition being expanded.The development momentum has been remarkably positive,and breakthroughs have been made in the establishment of league standards and the construction of league brands.However,it still needs to be admitted that the development level of the tournament in CUFL is still in the primary stage,and the overall students' attention to the league is still low.The social influence of the tournament still lags far behind that of the campus sports leagues in developed countries,and the operation of the tournament has a large space for improvement.In this paper,by combining the latest development situation,choose the current league system reform as the breakthrough point,CUFL in 2018-2019 season for major format adjustment of super champions league(hereinafter referred to as the champions league)as the research object,explores the development of super champions league home and away format effect and operation logic,provide the reference to the campus football breakthrough development in China.This paper takes the super champions league as the research object,with the help of literature research,expert interviews and questionnaire survey,to sort out the evolution process of the super champions league,and make it clear that the super champions league will go through the exploration and development of the initial stage of CUFL,the adjustment of the promotion and development stage,the reform of the improvement stage and the formal presentation in the innovation transition stage.Combined with super champions league organization structure,financial support teams,the referee,league,campus culture and the promotion in six aspects,analyze the current situation of the development of league research summarized super champions league has the following characteristic: the league into the present colleges and universities,touch of cities has rocketed,popularization and leading role;The league was promoted and relegated in different levels,the effect of home and away games was significantly improved,and the competition system was gradually improved.The league competition time runs through the whole season competition timeline,the audience organization effect is obviously better than the competition system;The promotion of the league has attracted much attention from we media,social media and school media.Campus culture has attracted much attention in the opening game of the league,the home audience organization and campus day activities.Combined with the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the league,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the super champions league was launched in the innovation transition stage of CUFL,with remarkable features;(2)the effect of home and away matches in super champions league still needs to be further improved;(3)the participating universities are concentrated in the eastern developed regions,and the team construction needs to be improved;(4)the organization and management level of the league's home competition has been improved,and the funds are still insufficient;(5)the promotion forms of campus culture in the league are relatively rich,but still need to be improved;(6)the league has achieved remarkable results in publicity and promotion,and the campus media matrix is ready to be launched.Accordingly,in order to improve the development and operation level of super champions league,the following strategies are proposed: 1.Improve the campus football competition system and optimize the league competition system.2,to set up the super champions league competition system,coaches and referees,fan system,exercise rehabilitation physio team system,perfect the training sessions,establishing supervision mechanism of competition development,improve the sports level of the team,substantial expansion of super champions league referee team,strengthen the guidance,universities fans organization attaches great importance to the team's medical staff specification and guidance,to adapt to the home and away competition pattern.3.Expand the sponsorship channels of super champions league and improve the implementation effect of business cooperation.4.Innovate the forms of campus culture promotion to stimulate the potential of participating institutions.5.Seek new breakthroughs in media publicity,optimize we-media platform,build school media matrix,launch social media in multiple ways,and realize propaganda breakthrough.
