Exercise training is affected by environmental factors,and changes in the environment may result in different training effects and different difficulty in completing the same training program.In this paper,the experimental group and the control group were trained for 8 weeks of strength,and then the experimental data were compared.Finally,the difference between the subject's strength and the ability to swim was analyzed.The design of the water strength training method was used to enrich the swimming class.The means of strength training for boys.Combine the strength training in the water with the strength of the boys in the swimming class,in order to find more effective strength training methods,and provide reference for the future swimmers to improve their strength.This paper uses the literature method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,experimental method and other research methods to explore the effects of buoyancy dumbbell strength training and onshore elastic strength training on the strength and swimming ability of swimming class boys.in conclusion:(1)The buoyancy dumbbells and elastic bands are used as training tools for underwater and onshore strength training,and the metronome controls the speed of movement.It is effective for swimming class students to develop maximum strength,strength endurance and muscle circumference.(2)Both training methods can effectively improve the muscle circumference,maximum strength and strength endurance of students.In terms of arm circumference lifting,the buoyancy dumbbell strength training in water is more suitable for improving the circumference of the triceps;the strength training of the land elastic belt is more suitable for improving the circumference of the biceps.In terms of maximum strength improvement,the more difficult movements in the start-up phase are more suitable for the method of strength training in water.In terms of strength endurance improvement,the water strength training method is more suitable for swimming class students.(3)Both water and on-the-spot strength training can help improve the ability to swim,and the increase in the frequency is more obvious.The direct migration effect of the water strength training is better,and it can promote the effect of the swimming class students to master the stroke movement and transfer strength training.(4)When the load is the same,the water strength training is more laborious than the onshore strength training,and the action is more difficult to complete;when the same load is given,the payload training of the water strength training is more durable than the onshore strength training,while the land group is more likely to adapt to the load intensity.
