Women's judo originated in Japan and was included in the Olympic Games in 1992.China started women's judo in 1983.It has experienced nearly 40 years of development and won many Olympic MEDALS.Because of the popularity of judo,all provinces and cities actively carry out judo,more and more young people participate in judo training.Beijing women's judo team under the leadership of the coach liu yuxiang active preparation training.In order to get better results,the Beijing women's judo team came to Beijing sports science institute for physical training.The physical fitness coach shall formulate physical fitness training objectives and contents according to the needs of the head coach and the conditions of the athletes,and explore physical fitness training arrangements for the purpose of preparing for the 2019 national youth championship,so as to better improve the physical reserves of the athletes and achieve excellent results in the competition.This article uses the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,test method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through to the Beijing women's judo athletes body condition assessment formulate reasonable preparation period physical stamina training scheme,and the arrangement of the training content and methods in different period,and after 16 weeks of physical training,8 basic sports ability,the body has a lot to improve physical fitness and special skills.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Before the physical training of Beijing women's judo team,the athletes mainly had problems of poor flexibility and stability of hip,knee,ankle and shoulder,etc.In terms of physical ability,the main problems were lack of explosive power,speed endurance and agility.2.During the preparation for the 2019 national youth championships,the training load of the Beijing women's judo team takes the pre-competition training period as the cut-off point.After the pre-competition training period,the training load of the Beijing women's judo team increases significantly..3.In terms of the content and means of physical training,Beijing women's judo team mainly focuses on strength training,followed by speed,endurance and agility training.In strength training,most of them are explosive strength,followed by special strength and maximum strength.In the speed endurance training,the main training is speed and anaerobic endurance training,which has strong effectiveness.4.The FMS test,basic physical condition,physical strength and special skills of the 8 athletes were improved,among which the results of FMS test and Y-balance test were significantly different before and after,and the risk of injury was significantly decreased.The explosive force of the upper limbs,the explosive force of the lower limbs,the maximum strength,the speed endurance and the sensitivity of the body are obviously improved.
