Badmintoisanettingadversarialsport.Itscompetitionstructureiscomposedofashor tperiod of high intensity and a short interval and alternations.It isa rapidmovement,aninstant judgment,a sudden change.In series with each other,incomplex confrontations.Around these characteristics and structure of badminton,intraining and teaching practice,I mainly use multi-ball training to improvestudents' badminton skills and improve their physical quality.Badminton multi-ball teaching is not only a common teaching methodsbutalso an important training methods.Therefore,it is verysignificanttoexplore the effect of multi-ball teaching.This paper firstlyselectstwenty children aged 8-10 years old and without technical base of badminton,from Shenzhen Sport Peak Badminton Club,as teaching objects,and divides them into 2 groups,one with 15 boys,another one with 15 girls.Through documentation,experiment teaching method,expert interviews,observation method and questionnaire method,aiming at the mental and physical characteristics,and self-ability of children aged 8-10 years old,on the basis of badminton characteristics,set teaching content and assessment standards that are consistent with age.Through over two months of teaching,the teaching effect are as follows: First,it's obvious that multi-ball teaching contribute much to improving students' badminton skills and special physical quality.Second,it can help children develop good habit of thinking in badmintoncourtsand strengthen their awareness of badminton.Finally,multi-ball exercise has great effect on increasing children's interest of learning badmintonand children's creativity,unity,will and quality. |
