Research On The Cultivating Model Of Zhejiang Men's Athletic Basketball Reserve Talents

Athletic basketball reserve personnel training is of critical importance to the sustainable development of basketball in China,this paper through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,training mode of Zhejiang Province basketball reserve talents.First of all,the United States,Spain,Argentina,Japan and other countries of competitive basketball reserve personnel training mode is analyzed,the research object and research methods are given.Then analyzes the current mode of training status of Zhejiang province men's basketball reserve talents,including the club model,the "combination" mode,social patterns,and the similarities and differences from the three aspects of player training mode,talent selection,players are given the rising channel Guangsha basketball club in Zhejiang province and Zhejiang Chouzhou bank basketball club.From the angle of view of the coaches and athletes for statistical analysis of survey results,pointed out the existence of Zhejiang Province basketball reserve personnel training on the current problem is the lack of scientific talent selection,the coaches scientific research ability is insufficient,training facilities need to be improved,lack of funding,the team management system is not perfect and lack of cultivation of the Provincial Sports Bureau Planning talents.Finally,the Countermeasures of Zhejiang Province basketball reserve personnel training the talent selection system,formulate scientific and effective promotion coaches scientific research ability,continuously improve the basketball facilities,increase the investment,reserve personnel training funds effectively improve the team overall planning management system,pay attention to pipe the basketball reserve personnel training.Aiming at the existing problems this paper from seven aspects and put forward some countermeasures: 1 to strengthen the school sports talent echelon construction;2 talents of the "three" management;3 to strengthen the coaches personal comprehensive quality improvement;4 Improve the utilization rate of excellent facilities5;increase the market operations;6 Improve the level of talent management7;realize the sustainable development of athletic talents.This study has a certain reference value for more objective understanding of the current situation of Zhejiang men's basketball reserve personnel training,and effectively improves the quality of basketball reserve personnel training.
