The Influencing Factors And The Countermeasure Research Of The Development Of Youth Campus Football Specialist Schools In Henan Province

As a significant vehicle of campus football activities,campus football specialist schools can not only promote the sport of football in campus,expand the population of football players,and offer a reserve force for Chinese football,but also arouse the teenagers' passion for playing football,help students form the habit of doing exercise,promote the all-round development of students and boost the development of all-round education in China.The thesis,which takes youth campus football specialist schools in Henan Province,China as the research object,will study each school by means of some research methods,such as the literature review method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire method,the mathematical statistics method,the logical analysis method and so on.After analyzing the outcome of the questionnaires,the author has extracted four common factors through the application of factor analytic method,and respectively named them the factor of football atmosphere,the factor of guarantee construction,the factor of teachers,and the factor of women's football.Then,the author conducted in-depth analysis on the existing problems,and consequently purposed the development strategies for football specialist schools.The research suggests that the activities of youth campus football specialist schools in Henan Province are monotonous in form,digressing from the topic of football and so forth.To start with,from the perspective of guarantee construction,there's no system formed in football courses,and the development of school-based teaching materials is quite slow.From the perspective of teachers,the quantities and quality of them are to be improved.Problems such as the perspective of women's football,there are some deficiencies in carrying out women's football activities and in publicizing all-members football activities.Hence the development strategies for football specialist schools are as follow: to strengthen the connotative construction of football specialist schools,carry out campus football cultural activities with football characteristics,enhance the educational function of football,and promote the integrated linkage with families and communities;to strengthen system guidance,consolidate and promote football curriculum and training system,actively develop school-based football curriculum textbooks,and fully implement the concept of quality-oriented education;to promote the professionalization of teachers,make sure football teachers are fully staffed,explore the inter-school communication mechanism of football teachers,introduce social resources,and employ the outsourcing service to improve the teaching staff;to encourage and improve the enthusiasm of female students to participate in football activities,innovate the rules of campus football league,and attract more students to participate in football activities.Above all is to achieve the goal of strengthening all students' physique through full participation into the sport of football,so as to promote students' all-round development both physically and mentally.
