Plyometric is a kind of training method in functional training, which should be used in various sports as part of special training.Wushu routine,as a skill-oriented category, requires comprehensive physical quality and corresponding muscle strength to achieve high-quality movements, high level of practice and difficult movements.Through interviews with a number of experts and reading a large number of literature,it is found that the current training methods of wushu routines have limitations. This article will rapid expansion composite training methods as a means of intervention, the subjects of shaanxi normal university sophomore student body of the department of mathematics class, for 16 weeks, through the experiments are the basic skills of the students master the martial arts, improve technology, and through a semester of martial arts class actions can improve the students physical quality. In addition, this experiment will be the rapid expansion of the compound training and the traditional training methods for comparative analysis, also hope to make the martial arts training methods more reasonable, scientific, effective and systematic. In this paper, the effects of rapid expansion compound training and traditional training in the public sports course of stick technique in the sophomore year of shaanxi normal university are deeply explored by means of documentary data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experiment method, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method, and the following conclusions and Suggestions are drawn:(1)After the 16-week experiment, there were significant differences between the male and female students in the experimental group before and after the upper limb trunk strength experiment, indicating that the fast flex compound training could enhance the upper limb and trunk strength of the subjects. There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the upper limb trunk strength, which indicates that the method of fast flex compound training is better than the traditional upper limb strength training.(2)Through 16 weeks of experiment, the main indicators to measure students'lower limb outburst force are:50-meter run, standing long jump, vertical jump in situ touch height. Before and after the experiment, there were significant differences in the three indicators of boys and girls in the experimental group. After the experiment, the standing long jump and vertical jump in the experimental group were significantly different from the control group. The experiment shows that the flexing compound training method can effectively improve the explosive force of lower limb muscles, especially the ability of jumping. The effect of this kind of telescopic compound training is actually much better than other traditional methods.(3)After the 16-week experiment, the results of flying feet and gunshu in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. After data analysis, there was a significant difference. It shows that the rapid expansion compound training is better than the usual training method in the training of gunshu. Therefore, the training method can be applied to the actual martial arts teaching and the future martial arts training team.(4)Suggestions:the rapid expansion compound training method should select the appropriate equipment according to the physical conditions of different objects to make an appropriate training plan;In the process of training, due to the high intensity of this training,we should do enough warm-up activities and adopt a new way to train. We hope to increase the research of this kind of training in other martial arts.
