Research On User Participation Mechanism In Network Information Organization

The development of the information system based on web technology,not only greatly promoted the prosperity of the Internet information resource,and accelerated the spread and communication of network information resources,in addition to this,more make users can interact through the corresponding information system,such as the social tagging system,the information resource using keywords,such as characters identification mark,allowing users to participate in information organization.Under the new information environment,network information organization is an information environment that takes users as the center and efficient information service as the goal,with multiple information communication channels and various participating systems,and supports the complete interaction between users,information resources and information system.As users create information,organize information and other information behavior,information resources show the characteristics of grassroots,more and more researchers began to user participation in information organization research,also pay more and more attention to the importance of user participation in information organization,began to study user participation from a micro perspective.This paper takes the user participation behavior in the network information organization as the research object.Based on the self-determination theory,the theory of planned behavior,the technology acceptance model,and the incentive theory,this paper explores the influence mechanism of the user participation behavior in the network information organization from the perspectives of participation motivation,participation mode,incentive mechanism,and participation intention.The results of the questionnaire show that the main ways for users to participate in information organization are feedback and comments,and the frequency of participation is not too high,which needs to be further guided and stimulated.AMOS 23.0 was used to analyze the path of structural equation model.It can be seen that user participation motivation and incentive mechanism have significant positive influence on user participation intention,while participation mode and participation intention have significant positive influence on user participation behavior.Participation mode has significant positive influence on participation motivation,while incentive mechanism has no significant influence on participation motivation.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspectives of enhancing the awareness of users' participation in information organization,stimulating measures,improving participation methods and publicity.
