With the in-depth development of the Internet era,the information society has set higher requirements for the quality of outstanding talents and it is forcing colleges and universities to improve their quality of running schools.The national "double first-class" strategic decision conforms to the development of the times and raises the discipline construction to the national strategic level.As an important base for the construction and service of information resources in colleges and universities,the library has consciously undertaken the important task of providing resource guarantee and knowledge services for discipline construction,ushered in new opportunities and challenges.The subject service platform is not only an important medium for libraries to provide disciplinary resources and services but also an important link between subject librarians and subject users.Subject librarians use certain technical methods to organize and process the resources held by the library.Then they present high-quality subject resources and provide specialized subject knowledge and information services to users through the subject service platform.As users use resources,they communicate their information needs and feedback problems in resource construction and service processes to subject librarians through the platform.This forms a virtuous cycle.Under the background of "double first-class" strategy,the construction of library subject service platform should be strategic,characteristic,accurate,knowledgeable and open.This article takes "double first-class" university libraries as the survey object,which are divided into four categories according to their participation in national key projects and investigates their subject service platforms.First of all,this article surveyed the status of the construction of disciplinary services,subject librarians and subject service platforms for "double first-class" university libraries.It was found that most libraries have established subject service columns and more than half of the libraries provide information on subject librarians.Only a few libraries have established subject service platforms.Then it analyzed the library's usage of five types of subject service platforms in detail,including subject blog,self-built subject service platform,LibGuides subject service platform,domestic commercial subject service platform and other platforms.Next it focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the subject service platform offour university libraries of Wuhan University,Chongqing University,Hebei University of Technology and Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Judging from the survey results,the construction of the subject service platform of Chinese "double first-class" university libraries has the following problems: the subject service platform is not complete,the level of discipline resource is shallow,the subject knowledge service system is not perfect,the platform is not well maintained and libraries lack of communication and cooperation at home and abroad.Finally it puts forward corresponding suggestions from five aspects: attaching importance to the construction of subject service platform,strengthening the construction of subject resources,improving the subject knowledge service,strengthening the management and maintenance of the platform,strengthening cooperation between domestic and foreign libraries.
