A Study On Food Safety Supervision Of Online Meal Ordering From The Perspective Of Governance Theory

Along with the emerging and rapid development of O2 O business model,in view of the network order with a fast and convenient,affordable,choose the advantages of the space is large,accepted by the consumers gradually and recognition,network centre industry rapid development.Network,however,order a meal in bring consumption group fast and convenient and comfortable experience at the same time,due to network centre for food safety regulation relatively lags behind,there is the food safety hidden trouble that nots allow to ignore.Frequently reported in recent years,major news media network centre for food safety incidents,caused the wide attention of the society.Compared with the traditional food industry of food safety regulation,network centre for food safety regulation have more particularity and complexity,this paper first introduces the background and significance of the thesis,the domestic and foreign theories about governance perspective on the status quo of network centre for food safety supervision,definition of related concepts and research methods,analysis of the governance theory applied in food safety supervision at home and abroad it is concluded that the practice and experience,gradually in-depth introduction as a new food patterns and quickly catch on around the world network reservation the background of the rise and its advantages,through the recent network order food safety related cases,revealing the network centre for food safety regulatory challenges and revelation,analysis will only government supervision department as the main body of a single regulatory model is difficult to realize network order no dead Angle in the whole process of the food safety supervision effectively.And the governance theory emphasizes the joint solution of the problem through the participation,consultation and interaction of multiple subjects,which provides a broader idea for the current online ordering food safety regulation in China.This paper argues that,through the government,the network delivery platform,industry associations,the public and the media such as multivariate main body participation,negotiation and cooperation,can make up the lack of government regulation ability of take-out food safety regulatory failure,make full use of the advantages and resources,improve the effectiveness of the take-away food safety regulatory network.This paper argues that to build up the "government,industry,business operators,the third party platform,consumers,public media" multiple network centre for food safety management mode,to integrate all kinds of effective resource sharing,is the current network centre for food safety supervision for the best route.
