This paper first expounds the fuzzy decision theory,TOPSIS algorithm and group decision support system(GDSS)concept,function,structure and the development status;Then,based on the fuzzy multi attribute group decision making method and the group decision support system processing flow,the relevant technical model of fuzzy multi attribute group decision support system is designed,and the practicability of the group decision support system is proved.Finally,the possibility of implementation and application is given by the design of a fuzzy TOPSIS multi attribute group decision support system.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making,this paper combs the existing fuzzy theory and summarizes and designs a multi attribute group decision making method based on TOPSIS algorithm in the form of triangular fuzzy number.Firstly,we give the definition and operation of the triangular fuzzy number,and define the distance and similarity of the triangular fuzzy number.Secondly,language phrases are used to express the evaluation value of the decision expert under the project evaluation attributes,so as to provide the basis for introducing the similarity of individual opinion of decision experts,calculating the objective weight of decision experts and using the linear combination method to solve the expert's comprehensive weight in different schemes.Next,the decision experts' individual opinions are aggregated to get the triangular fuzzy number decision matrix for the set of experts.Finally,by defining the close degree matrix and the group satisfaction threshold To control the decision-making interaction,so as to give a fuzzy TOPSIS algorithm for multi-person multi-round multi-attribute group decision problem method.(2)System analysis,modeling and implementation of general group decision support system.Through combing business processes and characteristics of the system,the feasibility,the system analysis and research of business requirements and functional module;finally,using Internet technology,computer technology and database technology of system modeling and implementation.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the multi-attribute group decision making theory based on fuzzy TOPSIS algorithm,making the complex decision problem clear and simple.It makes a meaningful attempt to solve the fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making in Internet environment,and also makes a reference for the practical application of fuzzy multi-attribute group decision support system in Internet environment.
