Research On The Spatial Spillover Effect Of Regional Tourism Economy In Henan Province Based On The Spatial Econometric Model

Since the reform and opening up,the development of China's tourism industry has realized a transition from a shortage to a big tourist country.This transformation has made tourism a pillar industry in China's national economy and also promoted the emergence of a new economic sector namely tourism economy.The tourism economy has become an important force in economic development and social progress in various regions,more and more regions are beginning to pay attention to the development of tourism economy.Henan Province is not only a major agricultural province but also a major cultural province.This heavy cultural heritage provides an important support for the development of tourism economy in Henan Province.In recent years,Henan's tourism economy has developed rapidly,but the regional tourism economy is very different.In order to promote the coordinated development of regional tourism economy and improve the regional tourism economic environment in Henan Province.It is necessary to study the spatial spillover effects of regional tourism economy in Henan Province.This article is mainly on the basis of the theory of Cobb-Douglas production function,which increased tourism resource endowment and tourism government scale elements.This article selects the annual data of the relevant variables of 18 cities in Henan Province from 2008 to 2017.Firstly,using the Moran index to analyze the spatial correlation between the 18 cities in Henan Province from the global and local perspectives and after determining the spatial correlation between the regions in Henan Province.In order to determine the type of model,spatial stability test and space dependence test are required.Finally,two spatial econometric models with space-time double fixed effects namely SAR model and SDM model are established.Then compare and analyze the estimation results of these two models.Finally,an optimal model namely SDM model is selected to study the spatial spillover effects of regional tourism economy in Henan Province and then measured and analyzed the spatialspillover effects of various elements in the model.The results show that there is a spatial correlation between the tourism economies of 18 cities in Henan Province.This spatial correlation is expressed by the spatial spillover effect.At the same time,the spatial spillover effect of the tourism economy is greatly affected by the economy.Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function,the tourism resource endowment and tourism government scale elements are added,and the spatial panel data model of the spatial spillover effect of regional tourism economy in Henan Province is established.It is found that tourism fixed assets investment,science,technology and tourism resource endowment have positive spatial spillover effects on Henan regional tourism economy,while the number of people employed in tourism and the size of the tourism government have a negative spatial spillover effect on the regional tourism economy in Henan Province.This shows that not all changes or improvements affecting the development of tourism economy will promote the development of regional tourism economy and sometimes it will become a hindrance factor,which illustrates the complexity of the spatial spillover effect of regional tourism economy in Henan Province.
