With the continuous development of new technology applications in petroleum engineering,long-term oil and gas wells and efficient development and utilization is extremely important.In order to improve the efficiency of oil recovery in horizontal well fracturing process,mainly the traditional crafts include hydraulic fracturing jet segment,openhole multistage fracturing sleeve segment and the segment bridge plug perforation fracturing.But with the increasing length of horizontal wells and fracturing horizontal series,fluidity of the traditional crafts is restricted,construction is complex and difficult to achieve the desired fracturing results.To break the bottleneck of the traditional application of fracturing technology,RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology is used as a horizontal well fracturing control of core technology,through a non-contact information transmission,at any time the downhole fracturing sleeve can be switched,and there is no limition on any sery of staged fracturing.Based on the application requirements of the downhole environment,it analyzes the key technology and difficulty of using RFID technology in the control system of fracturing sleeve,and it designs the structure and the overall program of the entire control system.Actual working conditions for underground high temperature and pressure,it designs the mode of operation and package of labels and antennas,and confirmes the transmission of 125KHz low frequency signal and FMO mode of data encoding,Also it introduces the application mode of the platform Inoueto and the hardware circuit of downhole reader,we analyze RFID system works and key technologies.In this paper,the RFID communication system is combined with a brushless DC motor control system.It takes I2C communication for data transmission.Using MSP430F1619 microcontroller as the control core,using 48V hollow shaft motor as the controlled object,using speed and current double closed loop control scheme,we design a universal simplicity,stability and good controllability of the motor controllers,and through the drive section rotational movement of the hollow shaft motor output can be converted into an axial movement of dragging sleeve to move,thus opening and closing the drive sleeve,and real-time monitoring system status and downhole environment.We complete control system hardware design,coding and debugging the software,also get on structure installation of the system and experimental platform building and functional testing.it verifies the reliability and efficiency in the control system of fracturing sleeve based on RFID technology,and it proposes effective measures for improvement and put forward that RFID technology used in fracturing downhole tools is prospective,thus domestic and foreign institutions should in-depth study what It focuses in the future.
