The plush toy industry in Yangzhou has a long history and sprouted in the late 50s.Only in 2009 Yangzhou toy export amounted to more than $23.4,and was increasing at a rate of 30%per year,becoming the largest export city of Jiangsu plush toys,and also the leader of the national plush toys.By the end of 2017,there were up to more than 400 production enterprises in Yangzhou,with more than 30 thousand varieties of production and circulation,which accounted for half of the total amount of the country,accounting for 1/3 of the total amount of the world.With the rapid development of Yangzhou plush toy industry,there are also many problems associated with it.For example,more processing and less independent brands,small enterprises and workshops,less leading enterprises,many traditional toys,less intelligent toys,and other phenomena are particularly obvious,restricting the further development of Yangzhou toy enterprises,Yangzhou ADX toy company is also facing the afore-mentioned difficulties and challenges.This thesis analyzes the production,development and characteristics of the export business of the toy industry in China,introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of export marketing.On the basis of understanding the marketing theories of STP and 4Ps,the export marketing management of ADX toy company in Yangzhou is detailed and deeply investigated,and the export marketing of ADX toy company is analyzed.With the analysis of the internal and external environment of ADX toy company’s export marketing,the advantages and opportunities of ADX toy company to open up the overseas market are analyzed by SWOT analysis,and the export marketing strategy of ADX toy company is analyzed and analyzed by the analysis of the process and case analysis of the ADX toy company to open up the overseas market.Safeguard measures.Through the analysis of the development environment and product marketing process of the Yangzhou ADX toy company,this paper attempts to reflect the characteristics and common problems of the domestic toy manufacturing and export enterprises,and put forward some operational solutions for the marketing construction of the toy export enterprises,to a certain extent,to provide loans for similar export enterprises.It is meaningful.
