| The petrochemical industry is an important pillar industry in China,and it is also a highly polluting and energy-consuming industry.In the early stage,due to the imperfection of various environmental assessment systems,it caused certain pollution to the environment and seriously affected the sustainable development of China's economy.The environmental impact assessment of petrochemical project construction gradually exposed its limitations,so people proposed a post-evaluation of environmental impact.The post-evaluation of environmental impact is based on the environmental impact assessment work after the formal implementation of the development and construction activities,and retrospectively evaluates the environmental impacts during the operation,commissioning and disposal of the project,involving environmental status assessment and evaluation,regional environment(ecological environment,Social and economic environment)and the long-term impact on local development.This paper studies the environmental impact of petrochemical construction projects.On this basis,a model for post-evaluation of environmental impacts of petrochemical construction projects is constructed,which based on the ecological environment,social environment and economic environment.It is divided into eight major factors and eighteen evaluation indicators closely related to residents.And divided into four levels.Taking DaGang Industrial Zone as an example,the model is solved by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The weight of each index is calculated.According to the principle of maximum membership degree of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the evaluation result value is analyzed.The result is The combined effects of the ecological environment,social environment and economic environment.In response to the specific situation of the local area,it puts forward its own suggestions and measures,and strives to provide theoretical reference and reference for future proj ect establishment. |
