With the increasing attention to mine safety issues and the awareness of mine disaster prevention,real-time monitoring of ground pressure activities and warning of ground pressure hazards have become a particularly important part of the study of modern mine safety issues.The current main production areas of the Kafang Mine have formed a large area of goaf due to long-term mining.These goafs have stability problems and cause serious hidden dangers to the safe production of the mine.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of personnel and economic property,it is necessary to carry out real-time monitoring of ground pressure activities and early warning of ground pressure disasters in the main production areas of the card houses.Based on the literatures related to the on-line monitoring and early warning of large-scale metal mines at home and abroad,this paper builds an early warning model based on the catastrophe theory based on the on-line monitoring system of the truck house.The monitoring data of 138 days from March 15,2018 to July 31,2018 were counted.After the pre-treatment,the 5# monitoring area of the Kafang I-9 mine group was used as an example to carry out the ground pressure disaster warning.Combined with the law of surrounding rock displacement data and finite element analysis,the reliability of the early warning model is verified.Earthquake disaster warning was issued to the main production areas of the entire Kafang mining area,and relevant conclusions were drawn.1.On the basis of the research on the on-line monitoring of ground pressure and the early warning of ground pressure disasters in metal mines at home and abroad,the site geological survey of the Kafang mining area and the current mining status are investigated on site to provide a basis for the construction of the ground pressure online monitoring system..2.Through the investigation of the engineering geological situation and the current situation of the mining site,the current situation of the goaf in the Kafang mining area is analyzed.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the monitoring section was set up and the ground pressure monitoring network(point)was set up,and the ground pressure online monitoring system based on stress monitoring and displacement monitoring was constructed to monitor the ground pressure activities in the main production areas..3.Based on the research on the disaster forms and mechanisms of metal mine ground pressure,the monitoring data was processed and analyzed in the early stage.The applicability of the catastrophe theory in the early warning of ground pressure disaster was studied,and the displacement was unstable.Early warning model of the criteria.4.The displacement monitoring data of the online monitoring system is calculated by using the early warning model,and the eigenvalues of the displacement under the instability criterion are obtained,so that the stability of the surrounding rock under the mine condition is evaluated,and corresponding warnings are formulated.Level table.Taking the 5# monitoring area as an example,combined with the surrounding rock displacement law and finite element analysis,the reliability of the early warning model is verified,and the ground pressure disasters in the main production areas of the entire Kafang mining area are predicted.
