With the increasing severity on the environment of global tobacco control and concern for health,the development of Heating Non-Burning Cigarette Smoking products that comprehensively reduces the harmful release of tobacco has gradually became one of the most significant fields in the global tobacco industry.Among these devices,Temperature Control System of Electric Heating Non-Burning Cigarette Smoking Set is the core component,which can effectively control the temperature of the smoking set and the electric energy into thermal energy.Currently,in electronic cigarette industry,key parameters setting on the device mentioned above is mostly dominated by the empirical value,which leads to the gradually exposed problem such as large fluctuations on temperature,poor sense of heating cigarettes,and low qualified rate of batch production.Therefore,methods of setting key parameter and its design of hardware and software urgently need to do further researches.In order to achieve the goal of getting more stable temperature during its heating process,optimizing its taste and gaining higher qualified rate,this thesis firstly analyzes and compares the current situation of the design of domestic Temperature Control System of Electric Heating Non-Burning Cigarette Smoking Set to the overseas;Then,this thesis analyzes the state of cigarette which heated by temporary control system,briefly illustrates drawbacks existing in this system,and makes deeply analysis about these problems,which indicates the existing problems and relating factors;After that,the parameters,such as the control temperature of the temperature control system and heat required for electric heating of Non-Burning Cigarette Smoking Set are confirmed by experiment data;Based on the temperature control system and the characteristics of the cigarette,this thesis preliminaries proposed an integrated method to determine the relationship between the cigarette temperature and the specific heat capacity function,and it simultaneously establishes the model of cigarette temperature and specific heat capacity;Then,with endothermal character of cigarette and the performance of temperature control system,the heating component's mathematical model can be established,in this way,the resistance's value of heating element can be figured out theoretically;the stability of measuring temperature can be improved by combining theoretical analysis of the performance of the heating component's material and the stability test of temperature coefficient of resistance and choosing type of heating component's slurry;Through the method of combination of theory and practice the key parameters of temperature control system can be determined,and it can optimize hardware circuit and software for the temperature control system's defects in the experimental test,the temperature control system of Electric Heating Non-Burning Cigarette Smoking Set with stability on temperature control can be developed.Through comparing the characteristic of Electric Heating Non-Burning Cigarette Smoking Set which has been optimized to the prototype,it shows that the stability and consistency of optimized temperature control system are improved.And it confirms that the optimization effectiveness of the temperature control system for the Electrically-Heated Smoking Set meets the expected goal.
