China’s industrial structure is undergoing fundamental changes,the industrial and trade-oriented SMEs in which they have already bid farewell to the original barbaric growth environment.It 1s no longer possible to rely on the usual methods of high profits,personal connections,market information asymmetry,etc.to survive.Especially under the current complicated world economic structure and increasingly fierce market competition,the survival crisis of industrial and trade-oriented SMEs has become more and more prominent.Whether the company can survive and then enter the track of sustainable development requires the industriousness of such enterprises to enhance the vitality of the enterprise from within.This paper takes the industrial and trade-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises JS company as a sample to conduct research.First of all,through the form of questionnaire survey,JS employees can make an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the current employee incentive satisfaction,in order to explore the status quo of JS company employee incentives.Secondly,in the form of interview investigation,starting from the place where employees are not satisfied with the incentives,and deeply exploring the specific situation of JS employees’ dissatisfaction with the current status,the problems of JS company employee incentives are obtained.Combined with the author’s experience in JS for many years,my further explored the underlying causes behind these problems.Through the investigation and research of JS company,the author found that JS company employee incentives exist:lack of corporate culture construction,lack of system security,unreasonable personnel selection(selection)mechanism,poor working environment,and unreasonable salary and welfare system.Digging deeper into and summarizing the causes behind these problems,the author believes that the solution is to make new designs for JS employee incentives.And these new employee incentive design should uphold:reshape the corporate culture as the center,reinvigorate the spirit of the enterprise,build a harmonious internal ecology of the enterprise,and combine material and non-material incentives as the main design concept.And follow:in order to focus on the needs of employees,let employees actively participate,the two sides jointly determine the goals,taking into account the fairness and difference of incentives as the fundamental design principle,the fundamental institutionalization of the company’s employee incentives.And through practical means to start the human resources management reform of the enterprise,in order to completely reverse the dilemma of enterprise human resources management.Due to the limited research level of the author,only the research and development of the industrial and trade-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises JS company can be carried out,and the scope of research cannot be further expanded.Further research is needed on the incentives of other types of SMEs.
