The oil and gas gathering and transportation project is the main body of oilfield ground engineering,and its construction investment accounts for a large proportion of oilfield engineering.Investment control is well done at the beginning of the design,and the cost of investment and construction costs is very beneficial.In this paper,the layout optimization of the radiation ring combined gathering pipeline network is studied,and the relevant calculation procedures are compiled.According to the characteristics of the radiation ring-type combined gathering pipeline network,the graph theory is used as the entry point to analyze and study,and the relevant layout optimization model aiming at the minimization of pipe network investment is established.According to the theory of computational complexity,with the time as the standard,a step-by-step optimization strategy based on heuristic algorithm and combined with multiple algorithms is proposed.In this paper,the topology optimization problem of the radiating annular collecting pipeline network under continuous space and discrete space with obstacle constraints is discussed.A hybrid algorithm combining genetic algorithm and hill climbing algorithm is proposed in continuous space to solve two sub-problems,one is well group division and valve group position determination,and the other is loop topology optimization problem.The combination of the two algorithms enhances the convergence speed and accuracy of the genetic algorithm in this problem,avoids the local solution,and greatly improves the efficiency of the genetic algorithm.In the discrete space,the hybrid genetic algorithm is used to solve the well group division.The position of the valve group is selected,and the loop connection problem is solved by the ant colony algorithm.Under the condition of obstacle constraints,the obstacles are unified into the convex obstacle constraint problem,and the pipe network optimization model with obstacle constraints is established.The solution strategy is given and the layout feasibility judgment and adjustment method are given.On the basis of theoretical research,the optimization calculation program of the radiation ring combined collecting pipeline network was completed by means of Matlab platform.The program can realize the optimal division of the well group under the continuous space,the discrete space,the obstacle condition,the position of the valve group,and the optimization of the topology of the annular pipe network.The calculation and calculation of the example shows the feasibility of the program and the reference value for the planning and design of the oil and gas pipeline..
