The layout planning and design of the oil and gas gathering and transportation pipeline network is the pilot work of the construction of the surface gathering and transportation pipeline network of the oil and gas field.The topological layout design of the station and pipeline is its core work.Practical problems such as geometric location,pipeline direction,and connection between stations and yards at various levels are difficult to meet the needs of optimality using manually designed solutions.Based on the optimization method and considering the objective constraints,determining the optimal topology topology layout of the oil and gas gathering and transportation network is of practical value for guiding the construction of oil and gas fields and saving construction investment.The oil and gas gathering and transportation pipeline network can be attributed to the network optimization problem.Among the research results of the existing oil and gas gathering and transportation pipeline network topology optimization theory,there are few researches on the branch-ring gathering and transportation pipeline network topology optimization theory method,The branch-loop gathering and transportation pipeline network exists widely in the decay period oil field and the low-yield oil field.This paper studies the optimization of the topology of the branch-ring gathering and transportation pipeline network,and obtains the following research results:First,based on the graph theory method,the topological structure characteristics of the branch-ring oil and gas gathering and transportation network are effectively characterized,and the graph theory definition of the multi-level branch-ring gathering and transportation network is given.On this basis,the geometric position of the stations at all levels,the connection between the stations at all levels,the connection between the looped wells,etc.are used as the decision variables,and the uniqueness of the membership,the characteristics of the network structure,the characteristics of the loop,etc.As a constraint,a mathematical model for optimization of the topological layout of the branch-loop oil and gas gathering and transportation network is established,and the difficulty of solving the model is analyzed.Secondly,according to the hierarchical structure of the model,the model is decomposed into two sub-problems of well grouping and loop optimization,and the fruit fly optimization algorithm is used to solve the loop optimization sub-model effectively,and a depth-first search algorithm is proposed to determine the optimal loop Then,a hierarchical optimization idea,a fruit fly intelligent optimization algorithm,and a depth-first search algorithm are combined to establish a hybrid optimization method to solve the aforementioned topology layout optimization model.Thirdly,for the obstacles such as mountains,lakes,villages and other obstacles that exist in the design of the pipeline network topology layout,polygons are used to approximate the obstacles.Based on the effective characterization of obstacles,the obstacles are considered for the branch-ring network topology layout The effect of this is to establish a mathematical model for the optimization of the topological layout of the branch-loop gathering with obstacles that aims to minimize the total construction cost and effectively solve the model.Finally,based on the above theoretical methods,combined with a program development platform and a C language development assisted model solution software system,the topological layout optimization design of the branch-loop gathering and transportation network under barrier-free and obstacle-free conditions is realized.In addition,in order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model and the solution proposed in this article,an example calculation is carried out for the oil field gathering and transportation network,and the theoretical method established in this paper is validated by the optimization results.The research results in this paper have a certain theoretical significance for enriching the application results of optimization theoretical methods in oil and gas fields,especially for improving the topology optimization theory of branch-loop gathering and transportation network.
