In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to the environmental protection,and has promoted the prevention and control of environmental pollution as one of the three key battles,which has brought unprecedented development opportunities for China’s environmental protection enterprises.However,with the continuous expansion of the environmental protection market,attracting many enterprises to join the industry,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.How to apply strategic management theory to guide enterprises to solve their own development problems,and survive and grow in the competition of enterprises,has become an important task for environmental service companies at this stage.Lai Gang environmental protection company is an environmental service company for air pollution control.In the early stage of development,it mainly faces the internal control market of the group.Affected by the end of the internal environmental governance project,Lai Gang environmental protection company is facing the transformation from the internal market to the external market.How to deal with the fierce industry competition in the external market,realize the company’s scale expansion,and constantly improve the market share has become the main problem in the development process of Lai Gang environmental protection company.This paper takes Lai Gang environmental protection company as the specific research object,takes the relevant research results of strategic management as the theoretical guidance,and studies the development strategy of Lai Gang environmental protection company’s expansion from internal market to external market based on the analysis of the company’s internal information.First of all,this paper simply combs the related concepts and theories of strategic management,and elaborates the specific analysis tools used in the analysis process.Secondly,PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model are used to analyze the external environment of Lai Gang environmental protection company.The internal environment of Lai Gang environmental protection company is analyzed from two dimensions of resources and capabilities.On this basis,the key influencing factors in the internal and external environment are summarized.Then using EFE matrix,IFE matrix,SWOT analysis model and QSPM matrix analyze the key factors,define the specific development strategy.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper discusses the choice of development strategy from the orientation and goal of development strategy.The paper points out thatthe next step of Lai Gang environmental protection company is to adopt the horizontal integration strategy,continue to take the air pollution control business as the main business,and expand the company’s scale by means of merger and reorganization and strategic alliance in due time,so as to obtain the scale economic benefits,strengthen the enterprise’s strength and improve the market share.In terms of functional strategy,technology strategy,talent strategy,financial strategy and marketing strategy are adopted to lay the foundation for the implementation of development strategy,among which technology strategy should be the development focus of Lai Gang environmental protection company.Finally,in order to ensure the realization of the strategic objectives,the paper puts forward a reasonable strategic implementation plan from five aspects of human resources,capital,technological innovation,market and brand,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from four aspects of organizational structure,technical resources,financial management and corporate culture. |
