Z Petroleum Company is a state-owned refined oil sales company.There are a large number of grassroots employees,and the professional quality of grassroots employees is generally low.Without enhanced incentives,it is very easy to cause the loss of grassroots employees.Strengthening the motivation of the grassroots employees of the enterprise,and attracting and retaining the grassroots employees,can continuously stimulate the talents’ innovation ability and improve the core competitiveness of Z Petroleum Company.This thesis selects the motivation of the employees of Z Petroleum Company as the research object,and uses questionnaire surveys and satisfaction analysis methods to analyze the problems of the motivation of employees of Z Petroleum Company.Based on the actual situation of the company,it proposes improvement measures for the motivation of the employees.The basic employees of Z Petroleum Company encourage the establishment of a dynamic salary management system and guarantee welfare system,which are higher than those of other similar companies,improve the competitiveness of employees’ salary and benefits,avoid the departure of outstanding employees,and fundamentally ensure that employees will not be lost.It also guarantees the sustainable and long-term development of the company;establishes a scientific performance management system,reasonably sets the performance evaluation cycle of grassroots employees,allows grassroots employees to consider work and family at the same time,establishes a fair,strict and strict performance evaluation standard,and expands the performance evaluation results.Scope of application,to achieve the survival of the grass-roots employees,to stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees;to develop a systematic training mechanism for grass-roots employees,to actively investigate and discover the training needs of employees,and to formulate a multi-level employee training system.Strengthen the career development management of basic employees,formulate a segmented career development channel,expand career promotion channels,and make employees feel more at home.The research in this paper has certain reference and guidance significance for similar energy company employee incentives.
