| With the development of economy and the acceleration of the process of global integration,a large number of foreign brands have entered the domestic building materials market,the building materials industry is facing great competitive pressure,traditional building materials products have been unable to make the long-term development of the company.Only continuous innovation,research and development of competitive products,can make the enterprise better development.The ZX company is a domestic building materials production enterprise,with high quality products,occupies the pivotal position in the domestic market.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the status of ZX’s products in the field of building materials has been continuously impacted,and the original advantages no longer exist.Developing and launching new products in new market,while maintaining the existing market is the important direction of the ZX company in future.R & D employees play an irreplaceable role in the future development of the company.To motivate talents and retain talents for the company has also become the key point and key point in the enterprise management process.Compensation incentive is the most direct and effective way of incentive,but the current compensation management system for R & D employees of ZX Company has been in use for a long time and has not fully motivating the work enthusiasm.As a result,the R & D employees turnover rate is high,the project R & D progress is slow,and the innovation competitiveness of enterprises is seriously affected.The current compensation management system for R & D employees cannot adapt to the development plan of the company.Therefore,the research object of this paper is the research and development personnel of the ZX company.Firstly,the basic salary structure and current salary management status of the company’s R & D employees are analyzed one by one through questionnaire survey data statistics and other methods;Identify the main problems existing in the salary management system of R & D employees of ZX company,based on the research and development personnel salary satisfaction survey results;Then,according to the existing problems,put forward the optimization of salary system.Add skill wage design into the current salary management system,establish the skill wage system and adjust the salary structure,add performance salary and carry out the design of performance distribution;Finally,in order to successfully use the optimization design scheme of the compensation system,measure the cost of the optimization design of the compensation system,supplement and improve the company’s compensation management system,and put forward the compensation system conversion scheme and safeguard measures.The research is based on the actual situation of ZX company and the development status of R & D employees.Its research results will play an incentive role for R & D employees,improve their work enthusiasm and retain talents for the company.At the same time,this research will also provide help for the R & D employees compensation optimization of the same industry companies. |
