Clinical Observation Of Ercong Pills In The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Ercong Pill in the treatment of sudden deafness(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods: a total of 60 cases of sudden deafness with Qi stagnation and blood stasis,including 30 males and 30 females,were collected from October 2015 to March 2018 in the Otolaryngology Department of the first affiliated Hospital of trad itional Chinese Medicine in Hunan Province.In the treatment group and the control group,according to the 1:1 ratio,with reference to the random method in the book "Design and Statistics of traditional Chinese Medicine Scientific Research"(January 1,20 08,Hunan Science and Technology Press),edited by he Shilin,a prospective study was adopted.30 patients in the treatment group will be randomly assigned to the treatment group,while the control group will be treated.The treatment group and the control group were treated with the following basic treatment: 1.Glucocorticoid therapy: dexamethasone 10 mg,solvent dilution,intravenous drip 1/d,for 3 days,then gradually reduced.Ginkgo biloba extract preparation treatment: Ginkgo 105.0 mg,solute dilution,intravenous drip 1/d,continuous use of 14 d.3.Hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment: mask inhalation of human pure oxygen(oxygen concentration > 95)30 min,2 times,Take off the mask and rest for 10 mins during the period of steady pressure.After oxygen was over,the stage decompression of 35 min came out of the cabin 1/d,and during the observation period 5 times.4.Nutritional nerve: nerve growth factor 18 μg,intramuscular injection 1/d,observation period 14 d.5.Intratympanic dexamethasone was injected 5mg/time in the treatment of10 days ineffectual patients.Another one day.Another: treatment group: basic therapy plus taking Ercong pills(provided by the preparation of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Me dicine,oral 10 g 3/d.Continuous use 14 days.B: basic control group: basic therapy for 14 days.Results: the treatment group and control group after treatment,patients with conscious subjective hearing were significantly improved after treatment,the t reatment group with subjective hearing improvement than the control group;TCM symptom score: the treatment group and the control group symptoms were significantly improved compared with before treatment,the two groups before and after treatment were stat istically difference with meaning,are comparable.The treatment group and control group after treatment,the inspection threshold tone comparison: the treatment group is better than the control group in this foundation.Conclusion: compared with the control group,the treatment group has good curative effect,the treatment group has some advantages over the control group,but it can improve the sense of ear clogging,ear distention,and ear pain.The vertigo symptoms were not found in the treatment group,and there were no adverse accidents and related adverse events in the treatment group and the basic treatment group in the whole experimental observation stage.The safety of the controlled observation experiment was further verified from the point of view of the experiment.
