Observation On The Curative Effect Of Local Fibrous Fire Needling In The Treatment Of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of local millifire acupuncture on primary trigeminal neuralgia,with the common acupuncture method as control group.The changes of TCM symptom score,VAS score and other indicators are compared and analyzed after treatment.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of PTN with local millifire acupuncture.Methods:From September 2016 to September 2017,60 patients who were diagnosed with PTN and meeted the inclusion criteria were recruited in the department of acupuncture,encephalopathy and pain rehabilitation department of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital of hunan province.Divided them into theatment groups(n=30)treated with local millifire acupuncture and control groups(n=30)treated with common acupuncture according to the randomized control principle.The treatment time was 1 times a day for the first 3 days,3 times after treatment every 2 days,and 10 times as a course of treatment.There was a course of treatment in the experiment.Statistical analysis was performed on the TCM symptom scores and VAS scores of all effective cases before and after treatment.The total clinical effect,recovery and markedly effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The final number of effective cases in this study is 55 cases,there are 28 effective cases(2 cases of shedding)in the treatment group and 27 effective cases in the control group(2 cases of eliminated,1 cases of shedding),through statistical analysis,the result show that:(1)The recovery and markedly effective rate is 50 and ratetotal effective rate is 92.3 after treatment in the treatment group;recovery and markedly effective rate is 18.5 and total effective rate is 74.1 after treatment in the control group.The recovery and markedly effective rate,total effective rate of the treatment group are significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).(2)There are significant differences between the treatment group and the routine group in improving the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,they all can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and the treatment group is superior to the routine group(P < 0.01).(3)In improving the pain degree of patients,there are significant differences between the treatment group and the routine group before and after treatment,which can obviously reduce the pain degree of the patients,and the treatment group is superior to the routine group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Both the local millifire acupuncture and common acupuncturehas have certain clinical effects in the treatment of PTN,they can effectively improve the score of TCM symptoms of patients and alleviate the pain degree of patients,but the effect of local millifire acupuncture is better than that of common acupuncture.It is suggested that the treatment of local millifire acupuncture is a better regimen.
