The Clinical Observation Of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction Combined With PVP In The Treatment Of Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Objective: To observe and study the clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction Combined with PVP in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods: 96 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were diagnosed as osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in Dianjiang County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to December 2017.45 of them were treated with Fuyuan Huoxue soup in the early period of admission to improve the preoperative preparation of PVP surgery.46 cases were treated with traditional mouth after admission.Take the Chinese medicine and combine the PVP method.By comparing the preoperative and postoperative third,seventh,fourteenth and 28 days VAS and ODI scores and observe the perioperative period of constipation improvement.Results: the VAS score of the two treatments was significantly lower than that before the operation(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05)on third,seventh,fourteenth and 28 days after operation(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two treatment groups for third days and twenty-eighth days(P>0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in seventh days and fourteenth days between the two treatment groups(P<0.05),the treatment group was slightly lower than the control group;the ODI score of the two treatments after first days was significantly lower than that before the operation(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups on third,seventh,fourteenth and 28 days after the operation(P>0.05);the total effective rate of the constipation in the perioperative period was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 23.91%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)has a definite effect on alleviating pain and alleviating dysfunction.After percutaneous vertebroplasty,the use of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction can further alleviate the problems of pain,dysfunction and constipation,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
