The Construction And Application Of The Meticulous Management Evaluation Index System Of M Hospital

Meticulous management is the strategic development direction of medical institutions under the new medical reform situation.Meticulous management,as a scientific,effective and advanced means of management,has been concerned by more and more medical institutions and has been introduced into the internal management of hospitals.However,what is the specific effect of meticulous management is a question worthy of research and discussion.This study takes the M hospital as an example.By means of establishment of the evaluation index system for the fine management of public hospitals,this essay is to analyse the evaluation indexes of M hospital for the last five years,to evaluate the meticulous management measures carried out in the M hospital,to probe into the shortcomings in the meticulous management and to put forward some suggestions for the improvement.Through out literature research,this study understands the development process and the lack of research of meticulous management domestic and international,integrates and combs the index system of public hospitals,and lays the foundation for the construction of meticulous management evaluation index system.By means of expert interview,index system for the meticulous is evaluated and filtered,and the evaluation index is finally determined.Through the field study,the implementation of the meticulous management in M hospital is understood,and through the table survey,the relevant data of evaluation index system is extracted and analyzed from related management department.From the results of the evaluation,meticulous management of M hospital affected greatly.The allocation of resources tended to be reasonable,the work load was reduced,the work efficiency and the service quality had been improved.The drug administration,especially the drug control,had significant effect,the patient’s burden was lightened,and the patient’s satisfaction was steadily improved.However,it was still necessary to strengthen the cognition of the meticulous management among the hospital staff,tighten up the detail management of medical services,establish a special performance appraisal management department,cultivate the core competitiveness of the hospital,establish a meticulous management evaluation system,and continue to implement the meticulous management of the hospital.
