Objective:To understand the situation of family trust in doctors in the country,to determine whether there is a difference in the trust between urban and rural families in doctors,and whether there are differences in the factors affecting doctors' trust in urban and rural families,and to provide suggestions for improving family trust in doctors.Methods:The differences between urban families and rural families in cultural capital,economic capital,social network investment,emotional trust,local government trust,stranger trust,importance of information channel media,medical satisfaction,and medical level evaluation were tested by t test.Tobit regression was used to analyze the influencing factors by univariate analysis,and then tobit hierarchical regression analysis was used to fit the effects of multiple influencing factors.Result:Urban families has lower trust for doctors(t=12.74,P<0.0001),higher blood trust(t=-7.25,P<0.0001),lower neighborhood trust(t=4 54,P<0.0001),and strangers trust(t=-10.77,P<0.0001)higher,local government trust(t=12.17,P<0.0001)lower,social network investment(t=-15.93,P<0,0001)more,cultural capital(t=-11.02,P<0.0001),economic capital(t =-11.34,P<0.0001)more.Whether it is a town or a rural family,television,other people's announcements,the Internet,and mobile phone text messages are the top four information channels.Information told by others has a higher importance in rural families.For urban households,Internet(r=-6.85,P<0.0001),newspaper periodicals(t=-4.93,P<0.0001)are more important as information channels,and information told by others is less important as information channels than rural areas(t=3.45,P=0.0006).The main influencing factors of Chinese family's trust in doctors include the interaction of cultural economic capital,investment in social network,blood trust,neighborhood trust,local government trust,the importance of the Internet as an information channel,and the importance of the Internet as an information channel.Interaction items trusted by local governments.The main influencing factors of Chinese family's trust in doctors include the investment in social networks,blood trust,neighborhood trust,and local government trust.In addition to the above factors,the trust of urban families in doctors is also influenced by the importance of cultural economic capital and the Internet as a channel of information.The trust of doctors in both urban and rural areas is influenced by blood trust,neighborhood trust,local government trust,and social network investment.Among them,local government trust plays an important leading role.The interaction between cultural capital,cultural capital and economic capital has a greater impact on urban households,and the negative role of the Internet is also more prominent in urban households.Whether the evaluation of medical level,the satisfaction of medical conditions,the traditional media,and the importance of others as information channels affect the family's trust in doctors remain to be further studied.The current evidence can not confirm their influence.Conclusion:Family trust in doctors is based on emotions and is dominated by the trust of local governments.Improving local government trust is the key to increasing family trust in doctors.There is a certain difference in the trust model between urban and rural families for doctors.Rural families have higher trust for doctors;the mode of cultural economic capital is different between urban and rural families;urban families should be concerned by the government;social network investment is not conducive to Family trust in doctors;medical education should be carried out to bring the distance between residents and doctors closer,and familiarity should be familiar;the propaganda role of television should be taken seriously,and the Internet is not conducive to the trust of urban families in doctors.
