"Indifference"(or "apathy")significantly reduces the effect of:rehabilitation training for patients with Alzheimer’s disease in the middle and late stages. The executive dysfunction of patients with Alzheimer’s disease can not be improved, which further aggravates"indifference".In order to improve the executive dysfunction of:patients with Alzheimer’s disease in the middle and late stages,a functional game called《Happy Shaking》was designed. Both patients and nurses participated in the design.《Happy Shaking》is a device that uses physical interaction to perform. The aim is to enhance participants’attention, help to improve the effect of rehabilitation training and improve patients’ executive dysfunction. Before and after the game,EEG data were collected from four aspects:painting training, music appreciation, gymnastics, watching TV programs, and the rhythm, timbre, color, behavioral purposes were tested. The game elements were set according to the test results. After the game, the data were collected from four aspects:painting training, music appreciation, gymnastics and watching TV programs, and compared with the data before the game. After the final data comparison,we found that the second versio of the game《Happy Shaking》significantly increased the attention value of the patients during the game, and in the later activities, the attention value was also significantly increased compared with before, and the behavior became more active. Therefore,it proves that the functional game《Happy Shaking》improves the executive dysfunction of Alzheimer’s disease patients. However, with the extension of the duration of the game, the interest in the game declines around the fifth week, which can not keep the participants‘high attention. Therefore, the content and form of the game need to be updated continuously according to the cycle to ensure the effectiveness of the game.
