| Objective: A placebo parallel controlled trial was conducted to observe the fatigue scale score,TCM syndrome score,qi deficiency constitution,bone mineral density,female anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and male sperm survival of Guchen Yangshengjing tablets in qi deficiency and sub-healthy people.The effect of rate and sperm motility on the anti-aging mechanism of Guhan Yangshengjing tablets.Methods: One hundred volunteers who were admitted to the society from March 1 to August 31 and met the diagnostic criteria for qi deficiency and sub-health were selected.The volunteers were divided into experimental group and treatment group according to random number method.There were 50 patients in the test group(one person fell off)and 50 patients in the control group(two person fell off).Before the enrollment,the two groups of patients were all in the same health education.The experimental group was given Guhan Yangshengjing tablets orally,and the control group and placebo were orally administered for 3 months.The fatigue scale scores,TCM syndrome scores,qi deficiency constitution,bone mineral density,female anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),male sperm survival rate and sperm motility were compared between the two groups.Results: 1.Before treatment,the fatigue scale score,TCM syndrome score,Qi deficiency constitution score,bone mineral density,AMH,sperm survival rate,sperm motility,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.The experimental group fatigue score score,TCM syndrome score,Qi deficiency constitution score,bone mineral density,AMH,sperm survival rate,sperm motility before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There were no significant differences in the fatigue scale score,TCM syndrome score,qi deficiency constitution score,bone mineral density,AMH,sperm survival rate and sperm motility before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the fatigue scale score,TCM syndrome score,Qi deficiency constitution score,bone mineral density,AMH,sperm survival rate,sperm motility before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,TCM syndrome score evaluation,the total efficacy rate of the test group was 73.47%,the total efficacy rate of the control group was 6.25%;the efficacy of qi deficiency constitution score was evaluated,the total efficacy rate of the test group was 77.55%,and the total efficacy rate of the control group 12.5%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the test,all the subjects did not find any adverse drug reactions or side effects;the relevant safety indicators of the subjects were within the normal values,suggesting that Guhan Yangshengjing tablets are clinical safety drugs.Conclusion: Guhan Yangshengjing Tablet can not only improve the fatigue state of Chinese people with qi deficiency and sub-health,TCM symptoms and qi deficiency constitution,but also enhance bone quality,delay osteoporosis,improve ovarian function and improve qi deficiency and quality of qi deficiency and sub-healthy women.Sperm quality in healthy male populations,thus delaying aging. |
