| Purpose:To observe the clinical effects of treatment combined Enhanced external counter pulsation(EECP)with Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on unstable angina coronary heart disease and its influence on the content of serum Thromboxane A2(TXA2)and Prostaglandin I2(PGI2),and to investigate its mechanisms.Material and method:To select 120 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria of coronary heart disease unstable angina. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group, the control group were treated by routine western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine compound Wenban decoction treatment, the treatment group were treated by EECP and western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, two groups were treated for 4 weeks. To collect the baseline data of patients,to assess angina symptom score and curative effect,TCM syndrome score and curative effect before and after therapy, and to determine the levels of serum TXA2 and PGI2 before and after therapy. Results: 1.Baseline data, including sex, age, height, weight, and the ratio of the degree of angina pectoris, there were no significant difference in baseline between the two groups, and it means that there is a comparability between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.Angina symptom score and TCM syndrome score statistics. Both groups, before and after treatment, angina symptom score and TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),with statistical significance. After treatment, the treatment group angina symptom score and TCM syndrome score were less than those in the control group obviously(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.3.The curative effect assessment of angina symptom and TCM Syndrome. The total effective rate of angina symptom value of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrom value of the treatment group were higher than those ofthe control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Changes in the content of serum TXA2 and PGI2.After treatment, the serum TXA2 levels of the two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant, the serum TXA2 level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the serum PGI2 levels of the two groups increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant, the serum PGI2 level in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.Safety index:There is no significant change of blood routine, urine routine, routine, liver function, renal function, coagulation function and other indicators in the treatment process. Conclusion: 1.Chinese and Western medicine combined with EECP can effectively improve angina pectoris symptoms and TCM syndromes in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and achieve good results.Inhibiting serum TXA2 secretion and promoting serum PGI2 secretion may be one of its mechanisms.2.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine with EECP in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is effective and safe, which provides a basis for its clinical efficacy and safety. |
