Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With External Counterpulsation In The Treatment Of Hypertension And Its Effect On AngII

Purpose:Observation using enhanced external counterpulsation and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of primary hypertension of liver Yang syndrone card clinical curative effect of the Ang ?,and analyzes its effect mechanism were discussed.Material and method:Selection in Liaoning university of Chinese medicine slow disease hospital heart VIP section in hospital treatment of 160 cases of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome patients with essential hypertension(EH),randomly assigned for EECP intervention in the treatment group and routine treatment group(80 cases,respectively.EECP intervention in the application of conventional western medicine treatment group and a flat liver latent Yang,lowering the effect of the wind out of Decoction of Gastrodia and Uncaria(from)the formulas based on combined with EECP therapy,1 time/day,60 minutes per time,treatment for 30 days.Control group to add with conventional western medicine therapy on the basis of the party,the two groups all needs to collect blood samples twice(the first external counterpulsation within 10 minutes before treatment,after the last treatment of ecp in 10 minutes),the determination of blood Ang?level.At the same time record the change of the two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure,TCM symptoms.Results:1.The effect of hypertension on hypertension: compared with two groups,the treatment group(EECP group)was better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Effect of traditional Chinese medicine: after two groups of treatment,the treatment group(EECP group)was better than the control group(P < 0.05),and there were statistical differences in the therapeutic effect of the two groups.3.Ang ? level: the treatment group(EECP group)and control group decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).The comparison of the two groups was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine compound with enhanced external counterpulsation therapy may improve the patients with primary hypertension of liver Yang syndrone certificate of hypertension symptoms,its mechanism may be related to lower serum Ang ? expression level is closely related to the content.2.Traditional Chinese medicine compound with external counterpulsation therapy,secure and efficient with good adherence,worthy of clinical application in treatment of essential hypertension of liver Yang syndrone certificate.
