Research On The Status Quo Of Pharmaceutical Services Of Chinese Patent Medicines In Chain Pharmacies In Dalian Area

Purpose: This study through the investigation and Analysis on the current development of pharmacy service chain drugstore medicine Dalian area of Liaoning Province,has been found in Chinese medicine pharmacy services in the area of chain pharmacies,and proposes effective solutions to solve these problems,and further improve the traditional Chinese medicine from the pharmacy service level of the region,to ensure the safe way use people and explore the chain pharmacies to provide accurate medicine pharmacy service.Material and method:1.literature research method: using literature search method to consult relevant information about pharmaceutical care and Chinese patent medicine pharmaceutical care,we have a systematic understanding of the development of Chinese patent medicines and pharmaceutical services of chain drugstores,and serve as the basis for our research.2.field survey method: using the questionnaire survey method,observation method,access method,to understand the status of pharmaceutical care in Chinese patent medicine chain pharmacy.Including: the content of pharmaceutical care in Chinese patent medicine;service level of employees;customer needs and so on.Result:Based on literature research and field investigation,the market investigation of Chinese patent medicine service in chain drugstores in Dalian was carried out,and the survey data were obtained and analyzed statistically.We have grasped the current situation of Chinese patent medicine service in chain drugstores in Dalian area,as well as the service level and customer needs of employees.It is clear that there are still some problems in the pharmaceutical care and management of Chinese patent medicines in chain drugstores in Dalian.Conclusion:In this study,we investigated the current situation of pharmaceutical service development in chain drugstores in Dalian,and found a series of problems,such as the irrational use of Chinese patent medicines,the personnel problems in chain drugstores,the unclear location of pharmaceutical services,and the lack of innovation in pharmaceutical services.In view of the existing problems in the pharmaceutical service of chain drugstores,chain drugstore enterprises should build brand of Chinese patent medicine pharmaceutical service,follow and strengthen the pharmacy service standard of chain drugstores,strengthen the publicity of drug safety of Chinese patent medicines,and actively carry out drug consultation.We should strengthen the management and training of employees,cultivate pharmaceutical care team,enhance the awareness of pharmaceutical care,standardize the service process of pharmacists,improve the level of pharmaceutical care,create a pharmaceutical service environment,and innovate the pharmaceutical care mode.To improve the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy chain pharmacy service level through the above measures,enhance the competitiveness of the chain pharmacies,to ensure drug safety of people,enhance the social status of the drugstore chain,chain pharmacies become intangible assets,to provide reference for the sustainable development of chain pharmacies.
