| Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ding Xin Fang in the treatment of permanent atrial fibrillation with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Material and method:A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from 2016.06-2017.06 for patients admitted to the cardiology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a test group, and each group contained 30 patients. The control group was treated with standardized western medicine, and the test group was given a heart-fixing formula on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The symptoms and physicochemical changes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results: 1.Curative effect of TCM symptom after treatment: The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the control group was 80%,and the test group was 96.67%,and the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);2.TCM symptom scores after treatment: The TCM symptoms of both groups improved significantly after treatment, and the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.AFEQT scale after treatment: After treatment, the quality of life(AFEQT)of both groups improved, and the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Total heart rate after treatment for 24 hours: After the treatment, the heart rate of the patients in both groups decreased after 24 hours, and the total heart rate decrease in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Four items of coagulation after treatment: APTT,TT,and PT of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),but the INR of the two groups after treatment There was no significant improvement before treatment(P>0.05).6.Plasma D-dimer after treatment: The D-dimer levels in the blood of both groups decreased after treatment, and the test group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Dingxin Fang combined with conventional Western medicine for the treatment of permanent atrial fibrillation(qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)is more effective than Western medicine alone in improving TCM symptoms;2.Dingxin Fang combined with conventional western medicine can effectively control the ventricular rate of patients with permanent atrial fibrillation,qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the level of D-dimer in the blood of patients;3.Dingxin Fang did not show no obvious adverse reactions and major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the treatment of atrial fibrillation, and its clinical use was safe and effective, and it could be used clinically. |
