Clinical Observation On Ningxin Wenlv Decoction In The Treatment Of Permanent Atrial Fibrillation With Sleep Disorder(Syndrome Of Heart Liver Yin Deficiency With Blood Stasis)

Objective:By observing the therapeutic effect and safety of Ningxin Wenlv Decoction in the treatment of permanent atrial fibrillation combined with sleep disturbance(syndrome of deficiency of heart and liver yin and blood stasis).Method:From January 2020 to December 2020,60 patients diagnosed with permanent atrial fibrillation combined with sleep disorder(syndrome of heart and liver yin deficiency and blood stasis)were selected from the outpatient and inpatients of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Geriatrics Center of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020.According to the principle of randomization,patients who meet the criteria for inclusion were divided into a control group and a study group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with western medicine alone for 4 weeks,and the study group was instructed to take Ningxin Wenlv Decoction 1 hour after breakfast and dinner for 4 weeks in addition to the same western medicine treatment measures in the control group.After the course of treatment,compare the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,observe the efficacy of TCM syndromes,24-hour average ventricular rate,atrial fibrillation effect on quality-of-life(AFEQT)questionnaire,Pittsburgh Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,SF-12 quality of life scale,and changes in plasma D-dimer(D-Dimer)levels before and after.Statistical analysis of the above data was conducted through SPSS 23.0 to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ningxin Wenlv Decoction.Result:(1)Compared within the treatment group,the study group and the control group both had curative effects in improving TCM syndromes(P<0.05);and the decline trend of TCM syndrome scores in the study group after treatment was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the study group and control group were 89% and 52%,respectively,and statistical analysis was meaningful.(2)After treatment,the 24-hour average ventricular rate of the study group and the control group improved(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the study group and control group average ventricular rate were 86.67% and 73.33%,respectively.According to statistical analysis,it was found The effect of ventricular rate in the study group improved more significantly.(3)After treatment,the quality of life of both groups of patients with atrial fibrillation improved,and statistical analysis between the groups after treatment showed that the treatment effect of the study group was more effective(P<0.05).(4)The PSQI scores of the two groups were compared after treatment,and it was found that the sleep conditions of the two groups were improved to a certain extent;the comparison between the groups after treatment showed that the improvement degree of the study group was more obvious,indicating that Ningxin Wenlv Decoction is better than the western medicine group in improving the sleep quality of the patients.(5)Comparing the study group and the control group respectively before and after treatment,the SF-12 quality of life was significantly improved(P<0.05);after the treatment,the statistical test between the groups showed that the improvement of the SF-12 quality of life score of the study group was more significant than that of the control group.(6)After statistical analysis,it was found that in the comparison of plasma D-dimer,both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment method of the study group improved better than the control group(P<0.05).(7)Safety indicators: The safety indicators such as blood routine and liver and kidney function before and after treatment were compared between the study group and the control group and found that there were no significant changes(P>0.05),and there were no adverse reactions such as allergies after taking the medicine.In conclusion:Ningxin Wenlv Decoction in the treatment of permanent atrial fibrillation with sleep disturbance(heart-liver yin deficiency syndrome)has clinical applications in improving TCM symptoms,controlling ventricular rate,treating sleep disorders,improving the quality of life of patients,and improving plasma D-dimer Value,and curative effect is better than a single basic western medicine treatment,safe and effective.
